First time. We walk in the bar side and was very impressed. Nice atmosphere. The bar was full so we were going to wait until someone left. A really nice girl server named Rebecca served us the bottle of wine while we waited. We paid the tab. We got seats at the bar. We were told it was tapas. So we ordered truffle ravioli- tuna bruschetta-crispy octopus. Attach is a picture. Tapas I understand is small but couldnât you give two pieces of bruschetta not one? 3 raviolis but for $14.50? The taste and presentation was delicious. We ran out of time so instead of ordering more we got our tab. The tab was $52.78!! Realized they added 2 drinks onto the tab that we didnât drink. We called the girl bartender over and said it wasnât our tab and she started to argue with us! Told us that the other bartender said it was ours. Didnât appreciate the attitude from the start making us have to prove it the mistake. The guy bartender wouldnât come over to confront. It took time for the girl bartender finally to come back. Instead of voiding or taking the drinks off they deducted the drinks separately. Now we have to watch our charge card to make sure the deduction takes place! Needless to say, if thatâs how a restaurant does business, we will NOT be back. Donât need bartenders argue about drinks that wasnât ours making a perfectly beginning of the evening turn negative. Too many other restaurants that appreciate customers.Hi Debbie, we're very sorry to hear about your experience and would like to sincerely apologize for the confusion with the check as that is certainly not how we do business. Visited Zinburger at the recommendation of a friend. I tried the basic hamburger which was average in taste, which was difficult to eat with its size and condiments falling off the bun. The sweet potato fries were very good. the restaurant has the atmosphere of a bar with sports displayed on LED screens throughout the restaurant and a sitting bar counter in the middle.

The location is in a bad neighborhood with shattered windows and abandoned buildings. I would not walk here alone at night. We were pretty scared getting here. The food is quite expensive, although some of it is pretty good. I have no problem paying significantly higher prices for a quality experience, but this just was not that. Nothing was amazing. We enjoyed the waffle chicken as a starter, and we each had a different type of steak (party of 3) none of which were that great. The waiter was completely inattentive, and didn't fill our water glass EVEN ONCE!!!! And as there was only one other group, it's hard to say that it's since he was so busy.... He was not familiar with the menu whatsoever, so it was each man for himself. Quite unimpressed!
