Adragna Vini only opens in the evening and is located opposite the Ai Lumi Hotel and restaurant. It is identified by the barrels and the crowd of young Italians drinking in the street.The sign on the door says "Free Wine Tasting". However there is a charge and can vary between E2 and E4 depending on how the owner feels. Tiny pieces of pizza and squares of bread and olive oil are provided. There are four white and four red wines available for "tasting". The ambiance with the wine barrels and photographs is wonderful, but the wine is very dry, very young in most cases and of poor quality.Nevertheless it is an experience worth paying for. Enjoy the convivial atmosphere and make some new Italian friends.

Really warm and welcoming. Great selection of wines. Cheese board or meat or fish boards. You won't go hungry. But really nice people. Don't speak English, but as a traveller you can make yourself understood. Worth a visit or two.

Versi di Rosso is a more than a winery. Not only they have a good selection of wines but they do also serve excellent food. It is perfect if you want to eat something for dinner avoiding normal restaurant. Their plates are surprisingly good!Location is in the city center very close to the cathedral. They have inside table and terrace. Their selection is fantastic especially of local wines. In fact you can try different local grapes and wineries. Explore natural wines (Orange), or get lost into Marco or Dario suggestions according to your taste! They will know how to guide you. It will be a pleasure to chat with them!
