Reviewed By TheTravellingGaboI visited this hotel with a smart box voucher that included 1 night for two, dinner and breakfast,a spa treatment to choose between jacuzzi or massage. I don't know what to say. I am a city person but I don't dislike mountains. It's just that this place is literally in the middle of nowhere and it is just so,so Austrian looking it hurts. Our room was decorated like a south Tyrol guest-house,the owner is dressed in a traditional Tyrol dress and everything around you suggests you are in Austria. Only,you are not. Food was delicious, local food and good selection of wines. Service also was good. For a 4 star hotel I was pretty disappointed they had a mini tv in the room,seriously small and hidden under the stairs leading to the bedroom. They also couldn't provide me with an adaptor,I bet they have a limited number of foreigners visiting them. Anyway they were truly sorry they didn't have one. Last but not least,no Internet in the rooms,just at the reception - again I don't think it is acceptable from a 4-star hotel. The Spa is seriously nothing special,little more than the standard things you get in any hotel in the mountains, I was a bit disappointed by the fake flowers in the jacuzzi area and I wasn't impressed by the pool. They also have a sauna and a tanning box. Again, you can do so much better given to average standard in this region. They do try hard to make their guests feel at home. I just don't think that branding the hotel as a luxury venue does them justice,it is a nice family-run hotel,in the middle of nowhere.

A cozy place that we hope will make you feel good and in contact with people who will be happy to advise you what to visit and what to eat.

Una bella sorpresa!
Reviewed By cevaBoAbbiamo soggiornato qui solo una notte. BB nuovo, camere funzionali e ben arredate. Riscaldamento a pavimento e bagno molto grande. Colazione super con prodotti dolci e salati. Ottimi i biscotti ripieni con marmellata di fichi e i biscotti fatti in casa. Sauna a pagamento. Posto auto nel cortile videosorvegliato. Ci torneremo di sicuro!

CAPODANNO IN ALBERGO

L’albergo si presenta con uno stile molto casereccio e “alla buona”, non è dotato di ascensore quindi chi ha valigie particolarmente pesanti o tanti bagagli farà un po’ di fatica per portarle su alle camere, specialmente se il titolare vi assegna una camera agli ultimi piani. Il titolare dell’albergo è simpatico e alla mano, questo può essere un punto positivo ma anche negativo in quanto l’ho trovato un po’ sbadato (all’inizio ci stava facendo entrare nella camera di un’altra persona convinto fosse la nostra) e non ha nemmeno chiesto i nostri documenti, cosa un po’ strana dato che ci aspettavamo sicuramente di dover fare il check in e il check out. La stanza assegnataci era molto bella, con vista panoramica e televisione in camera, unici nei il discorso pulizia (abbiamo trovato polvere sotto il letto e nei mobili, cosa non proprio gradevole in indice di pulizia) e il bagno in camera, piccolo e con una doccia pressoché quasi inesistente. Inesistente come il wifi che, nonostante avessimo la password, non si poteva utilizzare perché nelle camere non prendeva, ma ci è stato comunque messo in conto. La colazione il mattino dopo ci ha delusi parecchio. Ci aspettavamo un po’ di assortimento dolce/salato, invece abbiamo trovato solo due succhi di frutta, caffè o cappuccino, yogurt e 2/3 cornetti. Il prezzo di tutto questo è stato discretamente alto per i servizi offerti. Il parcheggio dell’albergo è piccolo e non riesce a contenere tutte le macchine che potrebbero alloggiare lì.
