Most welcoming family run restaurant with a most pleasant ambience. Very responsive customer service. Excellent menu with unusual local cuisine including fish dishes. The dessert of almond, pistachio and amaretto cannoli was to die for. Very popular with the locals. Cost for 3 course meal for 2 with wine and mineral water came to â¬69 and was worth every penny (or Euro)grazie mille siete stati simpaticissimi alla prossima ciaoooooooooooooo

You open the menu and realise there are no copy-pasted items from other areas in the area and broader Sicily. Each item is unique, innovative, blending different ingredients in simple and delicious ways.The waiters are fun, knowledgeable and quick, they recommended amazing wines and attentively described all the dishes they brought.The ambiance is cosy, right in the centre of town but in a small âgardenâ with comfortable chairs and candles.The prices are absolutely fair for the area - between 20 and 30 euros per person with a glass of wine.Will surely be back next time I visit Trapani!

Food is very good. Buuut...âhave-to-tryâ Tomahawk steak. Amazing!!! With âhome wineâ. Itâs not cheap, but it worth!!! Service (waitresâ) are amazing! Location is the best!

The food was not tasty. The octopus was fried and chewy on a chickpea pure that tasted like baby food. The prawns were tiny and we ordered them âmarinateâ nd they were basically raw with no flavor. Also they charge a 3⬠fee per person. The two starters we ordered and. Bottle of water cost 32⬠which is outrageous compres to restaurants in Sicily. Hated it.Salve signori sono il titolare e cuoco del ristorante da voi recensito.La buona educazione ricevuta e la mia professionalità mi impediscono di rispondere malamentente come meritereste.Quindi saro' diplomatico ed educato come sempre.Avete scelto tra tante pietanze il polpo croccante su letto di macco di fave e gamberi marinati senza chiedere al personale di sala nessuna informazione su questi piatti,avreste evitato di scoprire che il macco di fave è una purea e non cibo per bambini sul quale viene adagiato del polpo verace locale reso croccante da una frittura...e che il gambero marinato è come per magia servito crudo con una spruzzatina di limone sale e olio evo.Alla vostra richiesta di cuocerlo una volta servito,ho capito che tra i tanti commensali presenti e soddisfatti eravate i pesci fuor d'acqua della serata.Ma si sa' quando si fa la scelta di iscriversi su TripAdvisor si è sottoposti al rischio di essere giudicati anche da chi di buon cibo non capisce una mazza e dispiace il fatto che tutto il lavoro e l'impegno che una attività di ristorazione necessita,venga penalizzato.Anche questo parlare di soldi lo trovo penoso,se volete spendere meno andate a mangiare in rosticcerie o pizzerie non in ristoranti.Un ultima cosa sulla tassa di 3⬠da voi citata.Dove l'avete vista io non lo so,credo vi riferite al coperto(che è di 2â¬)e che si paga in tutti i Ristoranti della Sicilia.Detto ciò vi consiglio di mangiare panini con panelle,ottimi ed economici, per il resto della vacanza magari evitate di distruggere il lavoro degli altri.Cordiali salutiGianni Ferrante

An excellent restaurant with great service and atmosphere. The owner provided recommendations for the meal which we had and all were excellent. In particular, that night, was a potato soup with squid which was to die for. It was 3 star good. Our pastas and fish mains were equality delicious. Great wine list to choose from. Great meal, great service and reasonably priced.

Dinner was great. Found this from a quick google search and then to trip advisor. All of the staff was extremely nice and helpful, even tho they didnât speak fluent English. Food tasted amazing and authentic. I recommend getting the gastro plate. It was basically 7 small items that you can share between 2 people. I might go back for lunch to get a cold cut sandwich
