This is my husband's and my favourite neighborhood restaurant. They serve great pizza at reasonable prices and the staff are very friendly! We haven't sampled much on the menu apart from the pizzas, but with them, you can't go wrong.

Wir waren am 20 Juli 2019 zu Dritt im Ochsen und assen 2 x den Grill Barbecue à discrétion für 35.-/pP und 1 x das Rindsfilet für 38.50.Beides war hervorragend und vor Allem die Bedienung war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Der Rhythmus der Fleischspiesse und Auswahl (Würste, Riesenkrevetten, Huhn, Schwein, Rind, Lamm) war sehr angenehm und die Beilagen (Pommes, Gemüsereis und Salat) gut.Dazu tranken wir einen Oeil de Perdrix de Coralin aus dem Wallis 42.-/ 7.5dl,der leider etwas zu süss war.Wir können Schufi's Ochsen empfehlen und werden wieder kommen.

It isn't every day that extra requests are accepted without the person taking the order having to check with the kitchen. Now that's what I call customer service; substitutions without the usual fuss.This in addition to a varied menu and excellent food served piping hot makes this a stand out.Highly recommended

It has been years since we had a meal at the Linden, but we were glad to retry it last week. We were welcomed by kind and professional staff. Our main course (we only had one course) was on the table 20 minutes after we arrived. The dishes were well cooked and very tasty.We ate upstairs, outside on the balcony. Although this is next to a pretty busy intersection, the noise did not disturb our lovely meal.Definitely going back for more.

Aside from the breakfast buffet, the restaurant has an excellent dinner menu. They are not extremely fast with service, but more than make up for it with the food quality. Would definitely recommend this restaurant, especially for those who may not have time to get out and look for options.

Nice and warm place, we were pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere and we were served by a super nice and gentle young chap. We had a nice corner where our dog got water before we got our drinks ;)Good food, honest portions, the cordon bleu were really tasty. Impossible to have dessert after that although we wanted to try two of them!That will be for next time!Thank you DMLDML for the lovely feedback!Honest portions are important for us, so you start next time maybe wit the dessert! I have joined the Heimat for several times over the last years and I can say that there are not many restaurants which can compete with this high quality swiss kitchen at are fair price and an easy service. The Heimat is great for couples, families, senior citizens as well as for tourists (tip for tourists - go there - it is an authentic swiss restaurant as the guests are as well and they are there to just indulge themself. The restaurant is so pure because of the fact it is located in Dietikon which is not on the typical tourist pathway). Enjoy!

We went for the graduation dinner of my niece and were seated in the very modern tulip room: impressive! The food was excellent, especially the traditional roesti with veal zurichoise! Service was attentive and courteous ... A great evening! Yes I'd love to go back!
