Katana is a very small outlet with 9 Bar chairs which is located within the Central Market in Alicante. Run by three young people, they produce excellent Sushi, Tuna Tataki, a very creative beef tartare, Vietnamese dishes, and other. Three people with a bottle of Ribeiro â¬109.00 plus tip. Very nice. I am absolutely not a sushi expert but I know good and freshly prepared food, and that you can find definitely here. Very friendly staff. Since we hadnât reserved the only place left was at the bar, were we had a good look at the âartists â preparing our food. All in a very friendly atmosphere, and as I mentioned before, the food is freshly prepared and extremely tasteful. Will absolutely visit again.

My wife and I took our friends to Sibuya Alicante for her 44th birthday and they loved it. The variety of sushi is quiet good and the staff very attentive and helpful to us in making a selection that suited or tastes.Very recommendable.Thanks so much! :)
