A business associate chose Carbone's Prime for a dinner while visiting the area. The server has been with Carbone's for 19 years and was part of a great evening as she made great suggestions. The Sicilian meta ball as a starter and the procshutto and burrata was terrific. The veal part was extremely tender. Great Canolli for desert.

As a travel professional I attended a meeting at Dakota Steakhouse and the number of private meeting areas is commendable. While there our group enjoyed dinner.We had the steak and scallops and it was the first time in ages that a waitress asked me when presenting my meal to cut into the steak to make sure it was to my liking.It certainly was. they also have a murder mystery each month which sounds interesting. The best steak and beef restaurant in the area. I like the opulent salad bar and soup (when available). Never had a bad meal. I was disappointed when they added a fee for salad bar on weekends and thought that was too much. Salad bar is included the rest of the week. Itâs great no matter what the cost.Hi Velma thanks so much for the nice review ! Just to clarify, we do charge 4.95 to add the salad bar every day , not just weekends . We started doing this 4 years ago when we decided to make the salad bar optional rather than just include it in the price of your meal.
