Atmosphere: Large open space inside and a large patio outside. Bar area has 2 small T.V.s for sports. We sat in the dining room area and it was fairly quiet, we had no problem having a conversation. The chairs however were horribly uncomfortable!Food: The grass fed burger was just ok. The side salad was very simple with just mixed greens and balsamic drizzle.. I liked it. The herb crusted tenderloin (filet) was excellent! Our side order of roasted vegetables was perfect ($8) and I will probably order that every time! Service: Our server was friendly and helpful. We chatted a bit with the owner/butcher.. super nice guy. We'll be back soon to try some more dishes.

Waited 2 years for this Sizzler to open (entirely gutted and remodeled) YAY! Fantastic job... everything looks great and air conditioning was perfect. Everything I love about Sizzler was still available (think "Malibu Chicken") + some great additions. Artichoke hearts at the salad bar They will TOSS the dressing on your salad if you request Mac n Cheesy Cheese Better Cones for the Ice cream The servers were plentiful and cheerful.The only downside was the shredded taco meat was cold. I let them know and I'm sure they'll correct it. We will definitely be back soon!

Got the Tony's house Sirloin Steak a fan favorite according to the menu and a salad with Blue Cheese dressing. the steak was very tough. It tasted like a flank/cowboy steak and was very tough and chewy. The Blue Cheese dressing on the salad was very bitter and in fact I think it was bad as later that evening well it passed right through me. I would not recommend

We LOVE this place, nice quiet bar in back, staff is GREAT!! Since we just move to Carbon Canyon,we come here at least 3 times a week... They have a weekly Cheeseburger special that is to die for, see you soon...

We found Tahoe Joe's after a terrible experience at Outback. On our way there, we called to make a reservation and had no wait once we arrived, even on a Saturday evening.Tahoe Joe's service was impeccable. Their food was terrific. Steaks cooked perfectly to order, among green beans, delicious loaded baked potato, yummy sourdough rolls, and an amazing chocolate cake plated to look like a mountain with snow...even a decoration of a skier. Very nice patio seating, as well.We have found our new place for steaks.
