We arrived for a 5 PM reservation to a practically empty dining room. The hostess who was unwelcoming and greeted us in a cool manner showed us to a booth, The booth next to the one she wanted to give us was the only occupied booth so I asked if we could move to the next booth over. She replied no, it was not available. We could have one table that she pointed to or the original booth. We settled on a table and I said your'e that busy. She said yes. That booth remained unoccupied most of the time we were there except for when I saw them re seating another party that they brought from another area menus in hand. They thanked them for reseating them. That could not have possibly been known when we asked for that booth. I also highly doubt the other people coming had requested a specific booth. They could have had the one we did not want. This set the tone for the entire visit, therefore they get a poor rating. Our server who was nice but extremely poorly trained thought we needed an in depth description of the difference between Manhattan & NE Clam chowder, which she called "the white one". We had to stop her and say we were well acquainted with the types of chowders. She cleared my husbands plate while i was still eating and asked if we wanted dessert at the same time. I could not answer as I was still chewing my food. All of this is unacceptable in any type of restaurant. A manager came over but I didn't want to get into it with him. Train these people so your guests are treated and served properly and don't have to be annoyed all over again telling you about it. Chicken and mashed potatoes were average.I did see this same hostess take a small paper napkin and wipe the table and chairs at a booth when a couple got up. No cleaner, just a quick wipe, almost like dry dusting and then set with plates and silverware. Unsanitary and lazy. I am sure the board of health would frown on this practice. So we will not return because of these issues, especially the hostess.Dear Patty,Thank you for taking the time to bring this to our attention. This restaurant has a sit down location but we have never gone because we are usually tired and order in.They deliver,in a limited area in Anticoch Tn.We stay on Bell road and the location is just a short distance from the hotel.The food has always been excellent.They deliver anything on the menu.They have a fairly large menu and a variety of items from steaks,pastas,subs,sandwiches,etc. We have never had a bad meal yet.We have eaten here many times. The delivery is usually quick and sometime gets there before the time they give you on the phone.The prices are very reasonable. You can pick up a complete menu in the hotel lobby.It is very convenient to have food delivered as that allows you to keep your car parked at the room and save drive in traffic or making a second trip out.Even though there is an Olive Garden next door,the service hasn't been good there,and we quit going.You can get the same great Italian Dishes at Steak Plus Pizza without all the fuss and service issues. I think, that actually the Steak Plus Pizza has more variety on their menu and large portions for the price. So you actually get a better value.We Loved the Cannelloni, they have really mouth watering Gyros.My husband loved their Raspberry Pecan Chicken Salad. They all melt in your mouth.We highly recommend this place.Check it out next time your in Nashville/Antioch.

The food here is excellent! Everything is delicious. I love the lightly breaded chicken breast served with refried beans, rice, and potatoes. They also have steak, fried chicken, etc. A beautiful restaurant with paintings from Guatemala. A mi esposo chapin le encanta la comida autentico de guatemala como tortillas hecho a mano, tamales, y atol de elote. El horchata es muy rico tambien. Esta muy bonito el restaurante con una marimba y pinturas de guate.
