Wow! This is our first trip to Europe and we just visited Italy and France and have had great Italian and French cuisine so we wanted to experience authentic Spanish cuisine. We chose Hollandaluz because of the great reviews. The four of us all had the lunch set menu for â¬14.90 which included an appetizer, main course, dessert and drink (wine or beer). Frank, our server, was so patient with explaining the menu to us in English. This was our first meal in Spain so we didnât know what to expect. What a pleasant surprise. The appetizers we chose were all very generous portions and so good. For the main, we all chose the paella that was so full of fresh seafood and the best Iâve had. Again the servings were so generous that we had leftovers to take back to our Airbnb and I was dining with 3 men with large appetites. Then came the desserts which were incredible. Everything was beautifully presented and tasted as good as they looked. Our server was very attentive and even helped us with planning our activities while in Salou. The chef checked with us several times to make sure we enjoyed everything. We have enjoyed some fantastic food in our travels but this was one of our best experiences so far. For the quality and quantity of food, one would expect to pay much more. Great value here!

6 of us for evening meal in this very different restaurant. We booked for 7.30 and were first in. Staff very friendly, good English spoken. Choice of fish or meat dishes was excellent - meal of the day starter, main and dessert plus half bottle of wine Circe 23uros. The food was excellent and well presented, we had a mixture of fish and meat dishes all fantastic. Returning later in week

Visited this evening family of 4 the warmest welcome, staff were just wonderful with my children, friendly and fun. Beautiful food beautiful views really well priced. Vegetable paella was beautiful, cava ice cold just a lovely place to spend the evening if we return to Salou which Iâm sure we will we will return thanks for a wonderful evening and beautiful food

Myoos is a family run restaurant near Reus bus station, offering traditional Catalán dishes with creative touches, attractively presented. The midday menu-del-dÃa at 12.95⬠is excellent value for money. Service is attentive and friendly and the atmosphere very relaxed. The review covers 2 visits - and would have covered a 3rd, but we found it too late in our holiday!The location of the restaurant is in a quiet area away from all the tourist spots - it was near to our hotel (Regina Gran). Typically filled with locals - always a good sign - there is a very relaxed atmosphere. On our first visit the owner apologised that his menu was in Spanish - but then we are in Spain (there was probably a Catalan version as well). No problem, he translated everything on the menu we didn't already understand explaining any dishes that were maybe not known to us. With orders of burgers and the tomato and mozzarella salad (and a burger for my son) - we were not disappointed. The burger is huge but good quality and really enjoyable. The salad was simple, but fresh and good quality. I took the cheesecake for dessert and it was really light and refreshing. We were sold on a second visit!When we went back, it was exactly the same - relaxed (although the owner is running around crazy keeping every customer happy and relaxed). The tomato and mozzarella salad was again selected. This time we went with tapas. Nachos, prawns, calamari and bravas. All simple but once again fresh and extremely tasty. Of course we all took dessert - and wished we had found the restaurant earlier in the holiday. It's a must visit with food served from 8pm, friendly and relaxed atmosphere, and definitely the food highlight of our holiday.

Unfortunately came to this hotel on our last day but delicious pasta. At lunchtime the helpings were a little large but if I return to the area will certainly have another meal at this restaurant. The waiter and waitress, although their English wasn't great, were lovely and sign language worked a treat!

Very friendly service with great atomsphere. linda was very friendly. and the scouse server, who must work 100 hours a week as shes always there when we visit, was very friendly and gave it that northern charm. Very english friendly and would highly recommend

Hah a very enjoyable meal in a relaxed atmosphere overlooking the sea. Very friendly welcome and provided with a tasty little starter when we ordered wine. I had dorada which was excellent. My wife had a steak with pepper sauce - she wasn't impressed with the sauce but the steak was good. After 9pm the restaurant filled with Spaniards - a good sign! Not a typical tourist restaurant.

We are not that keen on restaurants with photographs as the menu generally, but the choices are quite poor in this yobbish destination. The service was efficient if brusque. We very much enjoyed our meal, but the wine reccomendation (Dordo House wine) was poor. Worth a try.
