They had a buffet table with a variety of "home-style" brazilian fare. You pick what you want onto a plastic plate. There's a window where you can also pick up freshly grilled meats and sausages. Pay by weight, head over to the tables and eat away. There isnt much of service in way of waiting on the tables. The food itself is pretty tasty and the variety helps. They also have a whole lot of cakes and puddings- in case you feel like more!

It is easy to over order here. We wanted to visit with our family so decided to get food to go rather than eat out. Since there were four of us we got the Matador Combo; the menu says the "most popular". We had drinks from home; nothing ordered from the restaurant.Well, the combo is enough for about eight people! Or four who don't care how much they weigh. It included a very juicy and flavorful whole chicken split; nicly spiced outside and juicy inside. A portion of yellow rice and red beans; the best part was the beans, the rice was not seasoned but definately yellow. Fried plantines; testones and sweet plantaines and salchipapa were also included. There was some avacado sauce and a viniger dressing for the side salad. They provided plenty of the sauce and dressing in small portion cups.We ate all we wanted the first night and had leftovers for a few days following. The chicken remained juicy and I used the fries in a hash I made. Pick up was quick and convienet. Check out was fast. I did leave a small tip with the takeout order.
