We been working our way through the menu though several visits...ceviche, paella, fried fish, whole fish, etc. This time tried the lomo saltado with garlic rice and really liked it. Tumi deserves the high rating.

Sunday evening in late May found us to be the only customers in this restaurant. We were understandably apprehensive as we ordered from the extensive menu featuring various entries from Ecuador to Italy. The service was extremely attentive. The wine list is outstanding featuring great choices from South America, Italy, and the U.S. They also offer a great selection of mixed drinks, local craft brews and coffee based drinks. Fresh baked bread and dipping oil was brought along with our beverages. When our entries arrived it became obvious to us that we had stumbled upon a foodie destination spot. Homemade pasta, very fresh veggies, perfectly cooked chicken and salmon. Each of our meals was excellent. Compared to the other restaurants along Main Street, Vista de Mare prices seem to be a great value. Especially since a large salad is included in the very reasonable price of entries. Many establishments along Main Street seem all too eager to relieve you of your money. Well, this isn't one of them.

The atmosphere is very clean, bright and welcoming. I love the breakfast sandwiches they make, and the coffee is always strong. The gentleman who is usually there makin sandwiches is always kind and accommodating. Definitely give this place a try for your morning and afternoon food and coffee needs!
