We asked for a opened clean table and were told unavailable they sat us in the sun. Then right after we got seated they sat golf attired people at table we asked for we placed our order first yet mentioned table received food and superior service 1st. Great deserts reason I gave a 3. Below average customer appreciation

Right at the top of Lunapule you will find this great little grab and go spot. The two Christines are great, and the food is really tasty. They have a small table to sit in the back, its nice to offer, but the view at the beach is nicer. Its in a back storageish area. The food is so tasty, have been several times with many people and we all have loved the food. The Phili is my fav. Always a warm vibe.

not at all impressed with its presentation and taste (eventhough it was $6 higher than what i usually paid for my pho but it's not fair to critic on this because i didn't visit any other similar restaurant in the area). Ordered shedded chicken pho...oh man, it was really shrrrreddded...i got about a chopstick full of chicken, worse yet they were dried to the taste, the broth wasn't that good but wasn't bad enough to mention. The other order was grilled pork bánh mì, it had more pickled radish than the meat and the meat was a bit salty. To me reviewing food is very objective, but for me, i don't think i would return.
