Fell in love with this place! A number of soup choices, though my favorite was vegetable which was absolutely loaded wit large pieces of tasty veggies. Salad bar long with about everything imaginable for your salad, along with broccoli salad, pasta salad and others. All fresh and appetizing. Also bread and corn bread and a few fruits. Then since you had such a healthy meal, you can choose among muffins, a brownie muffin, and freshly baked chocolate chip cookie bars. Go ahead. Finish it off with ice cream! Dining room clean and staff friendly.

I used to live in Fremont but for the last 3 years I reside in West Palm Beach, Florida. Every trip i make home I HAVE to come here at least once. The clam chowder in sourdough bread bowls are the abousolute best in the country! I look forward to coming here almost as much as I look forward to seeing my family. You can't do a Bay Area trip without a bread bowl. Just wouldn't be right.

The place was recommended by my brother, I was surprised the establishment was full packed we waited for almost an hour! But it's all worth it, my brother had the eat all you can while the rest if the family ordered from the menu, portion is huge for 1 person and you'll definitely go home full and contented! Service is awesome, Will go back again for sure!

Judging other reviews I guess I should have ordered some noodle bowl or other. As it was I had an Asian friend coming for dinner and thought I'd surprise her arrival at the hotel with a "to go" appetizer: Egg Rolls and Fish Cakes. The service was excellent, welcoming, very helpful, and friendly. The numerous sauces were plentiful and excellent. However, I had high hopes for fresh ingredients in the egg rolls but what ever was in them was not discernable. They proved to be very heavy on the stomach. I'm a great fan of fish cakes but these, shaped like small pot stickers, were heavier then the egg rolls. My stomach would tolerate no further thoughts of a dinner meal. And so, we did not venture back as initially intended nor go anywhere for further eats.

I go here about once a month and the food is consistently good. There are some healthier choices on the menu. There is so much variety it can be confusing. You order at the register and they bring it to your table. Most of the drinks are self serve and you can buss your table.
