we got the nicest seat in the house...my girlfriend's birthday...warm Sunday early evening...terrific view of the water.....everything was great..starting with the Caesar salad..freshly made...very cold..tasty....the bourbon steak tips were perfect..even down to my Prohibition Old Fashioned drink...very nice. My girlfriend loved the salmon..she got the lemon/ blueberry cake for desert..delicious.we never felt rushed..people were very attentive, and when the bill came, I felt like I got a great value for my money. What more could you ask for? We will definitely be going back..and soon !

First time here with 4 other family members. As soon as we walked in we noticed the smell of urine. Not sure where it was from but it was just around the entryway. There was a wedding set up in the banquet room and things seemed confusing and hurried. I had a garden salad with chicken salad on top which was good. Fish was not hot and somewhat rubbery. Lobster roll was bland. Our server was very good until the end. We had to wait a long time for our check. This is also a very noisy restaurant. I could barely hear the person talking next to me. All in all not a relaxing, pleasant experience. Not worth the trip.

I waited two hours for my delivery, never being told they were backed up, when I called the first time to question the delivery of my forty dollar order, I was told it was just leaving now, that was an hour and a half after placing my order, 40 mins later I recieved cold food, at full price, I am horrified that in todays business enconomic environment, people could be so careless, and rude while trying to stay afloat.

Fins and Tales never disappoints! We spent Thanksgiving Eve there. The food as always was excellent as was the service and there was light entertainment that made it easy to talk but still listen to the music! I highly recommend spending an evening there!
