Went here after visiting italica roman ruins, it's a little entrance that opens into a very cute looking Spanish restaurant. The staff were welcoming, served us with drinks, their sangria was fantastic. We ordered and shared their mixed paella which was super good and mixed salad which was also fresh and tasty. Deserts were great too

Fish is straight from the market at the back and you sit in a courtyard with metal tables but that's the experience. I speak no Spanish but had to order at the counter in Spanish, having translated from the menu with my smartphone, and then collect when they shout your name. Simple fresh fish at its best, go try it!

Canbota in Seville is the best seafood restaurant Iâve experienced. From Cape Town to New York to San Francisco to Barcelona, Chef Juanlu Fernandezâs Canbota in Seville is the top of the tops! We had the good fortune of sitting at the counter and having five fantastic courses served as personally suggested by the Chef along with a great bottle of Cava. The restaurantâs decor is tasteful, open, hip, and intimate. Walking in, you know youâre about to experience something elevated, something different, but at the same time, itâs approachable and warm. The staff is more than attentive they are focused on you having a memorable experience. Highlights were the stuffed squid, anemones and red snapper. I would not go to Seville and miss out on experiencing Canbota.
