This was my first time to what has become a chain sports restaurant that has grown outside the Harrisburg area (FL, MA, NJ. etc.). It was also my first time eating in Shippensburg. The restaurant size is deceiving when you walk in. There is a small greeting station on the left with a small dining area on the right. Hidden in the back is a larger dining area and beyond that a very large bar area. They had posted an offering of 40 beers on tap and a temperature of 29 degrees which I guess does not freeze because of the alcohol content. They also boast about having 106 TVs! I did not count them, lol but there was one in the Men’s room (which had an Out of Service urinal). The Monday night I dined they had an all you can eat wing special for $14 which I could not resist. Their normal price for 10 wings is $12 which is low value considering the size of the wings which turned out to be average to smaller than average. Note they do give you fries which does ease the pain point! I ended up eating 30 so my price point was $0.47 / wing section, what a deal. The wings are served 10 the first round and in fives each order thereafter. You cannot mix sauces on an order. If you eat 16 or more wings you are on the positive side of the deal based on my value meter.I had a long conversation with their mobile training manager (Alex) who explained that they have experimented with various size wings and landed on these to assure maximum crispness, juiciness and being cooked through. Burgers are supposed to be highly regarded but not tonight since Wing Tut was in the house. What I Liked:- The AYCE deal was the bomb! The more you eat the cheaper the cost per wing section.- The Kinda Hot sauce was the best tasting and worked well with the crisp wings. There was ample residual sauce below them as well which was great.- $2 draft 12-ounce Blue Moon’s all month (August)- The fries were some of the best I have had. They were crisp when served hot and remained crisp even when they cooled down. Most fries when they cool down go limp.- They serve Heinz ketchup which further enhanced the friesWhat I Did Not Like:- While the chalkboard said that several wing sauces won awards at National Buffalo Wing Festival, the other four sauce I tried were middle of the road. Carolina Sweet and Tangy was the second best, followed by the Almost Everything (Nice heat, too much garlic), Smoked Chipotle (Not great taste, tad salty) and Hickory Smoked Honey BBQ (Heavy, wings were soggy). A flash flame grilling could solve the soggy problem.- You must ask for wet napkins however that should be a givenMy Wing Tut rating is 7.7/10 Wingyptians, landing this place at the #7 spot on the list of 29 restaurants I have had wings at in the Carlisle area since February 2019. Without the AYCE special they would have landed at #17 because of the low value point of $1.20 a wing section. My overall rating placed this restaurant at #20 of the 84 restaurants I have eaten at in the area since February 2019. While as I rule, I do not go back to a restaurant twice, I will look to try the burger at one of their other locations since it is a chain.

This is a nice stop if your looking for a simple meal and a beer. The menu is quite large with lots of good choices. The staff is very friendly and they allow you to try samples of the tap beers. I was particularly impressed with the quad style Belgian ale. The fish tacos were also quite good.
