A favourite of mine especially at Christmas. Beautiful setting and good food guaranteed. But the family that owned Verdemare have sold it, and even if the new owners seem pleasant and accommodating, at thirty five euro's a head, Christmas day, the quality can;t be great. In fact, I have spoken to friends that live in the vicinity who have confirmed that the politics of the new restauranter is to work more with lorry drivers rather than private diners. Saying that I haven't sampled the new cuisine so I can not comment on the food. All I do know is that Verdemare will not be able to offer the same quality at lower prices. The restaurant is very close to the motorway exit so to work with lorry drivers makes sense. I'm not advising you to not frequent Verdemare, just be aware that it is not what it used to be.

I had dinner with my family and some relatives. Service was lightning fast and friendly. The pizza tasted very good and was brought to us in what seemed an instant. They were busy, but nevertheless, the service was quick. The atmosphere was good. Definitely will return

I decided to try this restaurant based on some read reviews here and could say that also based on my personal experience this place really worths visiting. It´s quite sophisticated (especially for a vacations resort) and I was very contented by the quality of food (my tuna steak was awesome).The service is professional, quite fast, able to help you to decide what to try or which wine to taste.Regarding the price level, this restaurant is rather expensive, but nothing exaggerated.Hi! Chef Paulo spoiled us with a variety of anti pasta including meats and vegetables. Then he brought many different main course meats including dry aged beef, some different veal and specialty hams. We had our first Aperol Spritz, some Ripasso, and a sweet Spanish Vermouth to finish. Will absolutely return. Thanks Paulo.

This is a lovely typical Italian Restaurant. We were her for lunch and really enjoyed the atmosphere of a lot of locals coming in for their lunch. Food was good and service was good even though the waitress couldn't speak much english we got by.

Very nice staff but Average food. The place is convenient located with car park. Staff is very kind and helpful. Unfortunately the food is just average. Pizza is being served from electric oven and definitely is not the one You would like to have in Italy.The wine from their winery is really nice.

We are looking 5 days for one really tipical Italian picceria. Of course we found many nice places, but Antonio is under our exoectations.
