Chef Paulo spoiled us with a variety of anti pasta including meats and vegetables. Then he brought many different main course meats including dry aged beef, some different veal and specialty hams. We had our first Aperol Spritz, some Ripasso, and a sweet Spanish Vermouth to finish. Will absolutely return. Thanks Paulo.

This is a lovely typical Italian Restaurant. We were her for lunch and really enjoyed the atmosphere of a lot of locals coming in for their lunch. Food was good and service was good even though the waitress couldn't speak much english we got by.

We stayed at the agriturismo to which this restaurant belongs. The first night we thought we'd try the restaurant, thinking that on other nights we might explore neighbouring villages. That never happened as we discovered what a special place this is, with an excellent menu and a great wine list. In particular try the set menus but make sure you have a solid appetite. Prices are actually very reasonable and gave a much better quality/price ratio than any of the other places we dined this two week Italian holiday trip. So we ended up staying here for dinner every one of the four nights in the agriturismo, sampling the menu and occasionally returning to our favourites. Service was also excellent with a wonderfully warm smile.

Calycanto is lovely. The atmosphere and setting is traditional and tastefully decorated in a simple and modern style.There is a real buzz to the place. We visited with a group of friends and were made very welcome and were looked after extremely well. The menu is refreshingly varied - there really is something for everyone. All beautifully cooked and presented. And if you request a variation, the kitchen will be happy to accommodate your requirements. I love that Calycanto cater so well for vegetarians and vegans - it's not that common in this area. Also the wine was great :) I would definitely return xx

It is recommended restaurant in Santarcangelo. Good food, great hospitality (very friendly for the kids). You can try local cuisine and home made desserts. House wine is very good quality (they produce it by themselves).

We came for dinner to this lovely restaurant in the heart of Santarcangelo di Romagna and found a nice table outside. Inside seating is offered in various different rooms and areas - all with very special interior. All service personnel was very friendly, helpful and attentive. The beautiful town of Santarcangelo di Romagna Sometimes gives unexpected surprises like this interesting restaurant. The service is excellent and kind, very professional also in the explanation of dishes and drinks. The menu offers beautiful surprises that are never dull, the ingredients are of excellent quality and the presentation is really well taken care of. The garden is definitely the place to recommend if you go in the summer, medium-high prices, but it deserves them.

Both the food and the atmosphere was very good and the staff is quite friendly. I gave only average, but just for price that for this kind of place is maybe just a little high, They offer a not so large menu with regional dish prepared with natural ingredients, there is a little farm, and pasta is home prepared.
