I really wanted this place to be good! I remembered eating Little Caesars as a kid and liking it! So when this one opened in Portland I was excited to try it! Super disappointed. Thick, dry and overlooked. Maybe I'll give it another shot later. It could be one that had been under the heat lamp for too long. Or it could be that I got what I paid for...a $5 pizza. A frozen Tombstone would have been better.

I ordered a pizza for pick-up. I arrived 25 minutes after I made the order and paid for my pizza. I stood there, and waited and waited AND WAITED. I noticed that two of the employees were whispering about a pizza that had been made wrong. FINALLY, I asked if they were discussing my pizza. The guy who rang me up stated that one of the pizzas had "bubbled up" in the pizza oven. I expressed that I was disappointed that I waited and finally had to ask about my pizza. They said it would be another 15 minutes and could they offer me a free 20 oz. drink. Ten minutes later the manager comes up to me and said she "just found out about the problem." She also offered me a 20 oz. drink. No offer to discount my pizza, and little or no apology. I told her I did not care so much about the messed up pizza but that NO ONE told me about it until I asked.
I saw a brochure in the hotel and saw it mentioned online and both lead me to believe it was a restaurant. Not so! It's a gas station/mini-mart with a pizza station inside along with Quizno subs and a Krispy Kreme display. The pizza was okay...average tasting and fairly inexpensive. However, the charged us an extra $2 for no reason and they didn't offer the options that the brochure advertised.
