Ordering a pizza and wings should not be stressful. First of all, if you order delivery w/ Pizza Hut you get hit twice. Once for a delivery charge and second for a delivery tip. Combined they can equal the price of a pizza. I went tonight to pickup our food. We ordered one pizza with 2 orders of (16) piece wings. Once I got home I saw that there was almost no sauce on one the 16 piece wings. So I called the Mansfield store. The person who answered, Tyler, said he was the one who had prepared the wings. He was arrogant, rude and basically a jerk. He made no apologizes and basically said he did each order the same. For a 12 year old boy not to eat wings you know there is something wrong. My daughters wings were drenched and my sons were dry and he barely ate 1/3 of them. The bottom line is I called Corporate and complained. I asked for nothing in return only to report this. We will not be ordering from this or any other Pizza Hut in the future. We will be getting pizza locally or after hours at Dominos.

I'm a red-blooded American male that loves pizza like any other. And Domino's has a great selection, including their pasta bowls. But, I swear. If I keep eating their food, the grease will surely clog my arteries! If only they could afford to use Olive Oil!! It's your choice, my readers: your taste buds or your arteries!

We ordered two tuna melts. they also come with fries. Our tuna melts, when we got them were tuna subs with carrots in them. The fries were also freezer burnt. Uneatable lunch. Waste of money. Should have went to quick check or wawa

My family and I visited recently for lunch. 3 big slices of different pizzas and a drink for $10. Pizza was very good, service was fine. The place seemed popular with local workers. Not a fancy place, but good for the food and the prices.

Whenever I am in Hackettstown I make sure I'm hungry enough to stop at Franks Pizza. They have many types of Pizza my favorite is the white broccoli it's the best. Also the Pasta Faggiolia Soup is to die for. It's very tasty. So looking for Pizza or Soup in Hackettstown Franks is the place.

Went for dinner with another couple. It was seat yourself and couldn't find a clean table, finally wiped one off with a napkin. Server was very nice but not very attentive. Fried calamari was undercooked. Dinners were generous but rather bland. Oil/vinegar cruettes were disgustingly dirty and sticky, asked for salad without onion & olives - came with onions and olives! Silverware was spotted/dirty. Should have clued in to what was in store by the fact that it was Friday night and only one other table was occupied! Won't be going back!

Don't be fooled if the parking lot isnt full. Went Fri night for dinner. Huge salads and tasty bread. Fire grilled polo fresco was delicious big portion.Nice to find healthy choices on a menu. The scallops on the pasta special were cooked perfectly. Friendly prompt service.

I just came back from Mama's extremely disappointed. We got two dishes, chose the dish from the specials popular items menu thinking that it will match my expectation. I had good Italian and bad Italian in life but I have never had such a cheap tasting meal as these dishes. Same was with appetizers. I tried to eat but I couldnât. I asked waitress to take it back because I am returning the dish. Chef(or owner), who was hosting a friend in front of our table came over and acted very concerned while i was looking at my receipt as I was signing and calculating tips. He never offered to take the price out when full and nearly untouched plates were returned. It was not my intention but it might have been a right thing to do. My dish was Pescatore described in menu as seafood with basil and tomato sauce. Well, there was no taste of fresh ingredient at all but overwhelming aroma of dried oregano sauce that you could get at Shop Rite. I have never complained at any restaurant and felt very uncomfortable to return dish but in this case me and my partner were siting and watching our plates that we could not even touch and looking at the cook who was hosting his friend in front of us made me to ask why did the menu offered basil for ingredient and we couldnât taste or see it and meal did not looked fresh. He said âthere is basil as wellâ. Whatever that might mean. I am writing this for those who are browsing for good Italian place in town and do not plan to waste time on disappointment.PSI was there about a year ago and food was different. Never will visit again. Italian food deserves better.Hi Maia, First, thank you for your honest review. I do remember your visit to our establishment, and I am sorry that you had a negative experience. I recall walking to your table, and speaking with you for several minutes about our food and preparation, offering to remake the dish more to your liking. We prepare all of our dishes to order, and utilize only fresh ingredients from local providers. If the cuisine was not to your liking, we would always do all we can to make sure our customers are happy. I hope that you will visit us again, as it truly is important for us to have our patrons engage with Mamas in a positive manner.
