Slightly back from the harbour means the tourist views and prices disappear. Our family of 6 mainly ate either pizza or fish and enjoyed them all. We didn't have starters but including drinks and deserts the bill was very sensible. There are many restaurants and bars in this are and thus aren't likely to go back just because we like to try different places. We were also the only English family in the restaurant which is a big plus for us.

This was the cheapest meal during our stay in L'Ampolla and the best in terms of value for money.The service was excellent and the food was great.This little restaurant is just opposite the train station, so away from the other tourist traps that plague this town. Definitely a place to try.

Its a nice place to spend evening after the day at the beach. The surroundings are pretty (don't forget to take something from mosquitoes, they bite us from under the able), sangria and wine was cheap and good, pizzas were OKish, tasty, but I personally was not really keen on pizza base as it was more like bread crust rather than pizza base), overall, good evening out. Note: book or turn up early as the place gets really full by 9:30-10pm

Ate here on the last evening of our holiday - a quiet restaurant on the edge of town, heading down to the port. Not a lot of atmosphere at the time we ate as most customers were collecting pizzas to take away but bright, clean and modern inside and good value got money. Pizzas were handmade and well-cooked - the calzone was star of the show!

These were the best pizzas we have eaten for a long, long time. The dough is perfect, is made by a real pro and if you just add fresh tomatoes, mozzarella bufala and rocket, you'll get everything you need to be happy. But if you think 9-10 ⬠is too pricy for a delicious pizza, then go ahead and eat somewhere else.

Friendly, helpful staff, extensive menu including seafood, steak and of course pasta. Turbot was excellent, my wifeâs monkfish was beautiful, beer and wine were very reasonably priced, and a nice atmosphere. The place was nearly full at 8pm on a Sunday night, so give it a try !!
