I have been coming here for many years. Great casual atmosphere . Wonderful employees and most of all terrific food. Great place to meet friends for a great lunch. They have a varied menu. I have never had anything that I didn't like. They have different homemade soups daily. On the last visit our table had fried chicken, ribs, a patty melt and a chicken panini! Everyone was pleased.

The only reason I've visited this location a number of times over the last few years is that this area is severely lacking in single slice and/or takeout pizza places that don't cost the same as a sit-down pizza restaurant. Don't let that fact lure you in here. The service is non-existant and the product is very poor quality. Despite being advertised they *never* have any deep dish pizzas "hot n ready". I tried to get around this issued by calling the store and placing my order ahead of time. The store manager assured the pizzas would be ready when I arrived. They were not. Staff hadn't even begun to make the order, despite there being no other customers when I arrived. I had to wait 20 minutes to get my order. In the one other time I've been here, I waited upwards of 20 minutes for my order. The staff are unprofessional, rude and unruly. When I finally got my pizza, it was burnt. I recommend that you steer well clear of this place. No one deserves mediocre, burnt pizza or the staff's horrendous lack of courtesy & customer service.

This pizza is the best. The variety on the buffet is amazing. Truly Chicago pizza which means not only deep dish. Chicago has a variety of pizzas and the Dough Company shows that. The quality is amazing. Best crust on any of the pizzas on the buffet. The cheese and other toppings are fresh and plentiful. The pizza is so good you forget the other items on the buffet. Two soups, chicken wings, hush puppies, pasta plus greens with lots of salad toppings. The bread is warm and yummy. If you have room they also have two dessert pizzas that were outstanding.Great place highly recommend the buffet. It's so great to hear you've been this impressed with the pizza -- that's what we're all about! I'm glad the quality, selection, and sides could all offer a perfect meal, and I hope we'll see you back again soon for a tasty bite! Until next time, Rick, Owner

This establishment has the worst customer service. They truly do not value their long time loyal customers. I have given this establishment my business for the past 20 years. I spend $50.00 dollars to $76.00 every time I visit which is every week to every two weeks. On this particular visit I ordered wings. Hot wings come with ranch correct? They wanted to charge me an additional 77 cents for ranch sauce for the wings. As a courtesy for a 76.00 bill you would think they would not be so petty over a ranch sauce. The manager refused to give me a ranch sauce. I will never give my business to arranello's again. They place no value on their loyal customers. The manager, I think his name was Kevin, should learn customer service skills, before becoming a manager. He was very rude.

On a recent trip "back home" we had to make a stop where pizza is "heaven"! For over 30 years we have enjoyed the sausage and mushroom pizza at Aurelio’s in Homewood...there’s nothing else like it. The sauce , the cheese, the atmosphere it all adds up to excellence. More than a dozen years ago we moved to Memphis where they don’t know "pizza". Memphis is BBQ, not pizza. We even brought Aurelio’s back to Memphis with us!Whether it’s just you or a group you can’t go wrong with the hospitality or the pizza at this iconic location.
