Chili's Grill & Bar

We have been visiting this Chili’s pretty much since it opened and we have noticed a decline in service and quality. But yesterday’s experience was by far the worst. We sent back the food twice and even the third time it came back was terrible. I’ve never been the type to return food at a restaurant, but this time I just couldn’t let it slide. I spoke with the manager who came to our table and showed her the food, and she agreed with me. I lost my appetite after so much back and forth. Unfortunately I don’t think they deserve that I give them another chance. There are plenty of other dining options in the area. Good luck to those who choose to dine here and hopefully you will have a better experience. We’re very sorry to hear you had a poor experience at this restaurant, Sidka, and will work with our team to make sure they learn from your feedback. Thank you for taking the time to make us aware! If you’d like to get in touch to tell us any additional info, please call us at 1-800-983-4637. Thanks!

Small restaurant with great food, wonderful prices and excellent staff. We arrived at noon thirty to find a packed house, no surprise. But it was a holiday Monday. Extensive menu. Chips and salsa brought immediately. All three of our orders were brought promptly and wonderfully prepared. We will return.

Today was our first time ever to visit a Tijuana Flats. We were there for the Taco Tuesday special. We got two huge tacos, chips and a drink for $5.99 plus tax. We brought food home! We also enjoyed the sauce bar. We will be back. Service was excellent. Servers kept stopping by to see if we needed anything. The food was so fresh and made to order.

This place is busy busy. Very knowledgeable staff of about the menus and drinks. The food was hot and a great blend of TEX/MEX feel to the re fried beans and burritos. Prices aren't bad either. The scenery inside is very original and eclectic.

phone 813-907-3068. In The Shops at Wiregrass (a mall)

Five adults and three children descended on the restaurant. We had a reservation and our table was ready within five minutes of our arrival. Parking is always a problem at Wiregrass and you should be prepared to hunt for a space and do some walking. Our service was very good. The chicken fajitas were the best I have had in a long time. We did have the guacamole prepared at the table. The tortilla chips were delicate and crisp. All of the adults were happy with their dinners but I'm not sure that Mexican food was a good choice for the kids. There is a children's menu which the youngest used. Service was very good and the margarita ordered was good. The restaurant could use some refurbishment. I will definitely return on my next visit to the west coast.
