It seems that menu items are always incomplete. Why would your server have always a suggestion as to what one could add, e.g. rice or guacamole or veggies or...... Otherwise the food was tasty and sufficient. The wide variety of draft beers is an added plus.

I went here for their breakfast burritos and in a word..."OLE!"At $2.00 a piece and made in about a minute with their out of this world green or red sauce you cannot go wrong. When I make it back to Thornton I will go here again for breakfast, maybe every morning!!

Chipotle is a local favorite. The menu changes a little too often for my liking and the prices have gone up slightly over the years; however the quality remains excellent.This store is located very near the Thornton Target and is a quick walk to Krispy Kreme. The line moves fast and there is plenty of seating unless a sports team or some such descends on the store all at once. My kids particularly like the build your own taco kid's plate.

Incredible chips and salsa! Excellent service. Expansive menu! The flavors here are not typical New Mexican food as we in Colorado are pretty used to, but menu items were familiar and it was great to try a new twist to my old favorite cheese enchiladas! Their sauce was delicious! This out of the way restaurant was worth the trek!

I love Qdoba and eat there whenever I want quick, fresh Mexican food. Their burritos and salad bowls are great. However, I am writing this to let everyone know that the two young men behind the counter last Sunday were the kind of boys you hope your kids grow up to be. We were accompanying a developmentally-challenged woman that day for a late lunch and she didn't want anything too spicy. The guys made sure she got a mild lunch and were gracious and kind to her. When we paid, one guy said that if it was too spicy, just let them know and they'd make another. When we left, the other young man asked her if she'd like to a bag to take the rest of the burrito home. They were so kind and respectful. Just wonderful young men. It chokes me up just writing this. Somebody raised their children well, that's for sure.

Happen to need to fuel up and saw this place right away driving out of office. Carnes tacos are the bomb! Loved it. great food and the prices are fantastic! Breakfast, lunch or dinner!

Kachina is so good I would eat here regularly if I lived in the area. The have the BEST calabacitas I've ever had outside of Santa Fe. And, their house marg is great! They either make their mix or just use lime juice. It isn't too sweet or tart - just delicious. Breakfast is great too - they do huevos right. Oh, I nearly forgot about the fries - they have mastered thick fries that are also crispy!Dear berttaylorhanson,Thank you for sharing your dining experience with us. I really liked this plate, we are here for lunch twice in one week. The barbacoa plate is outstanding, the braised beef cheek is melty tender and so full of rich flavor. The sharpness of the fresh cilantro and onion is a perfect balance to the barbacoa. The chili verde was very, very good. The tacos de carnitas were fantastic. The service was great, very fast and professional. Chips and salsa and drink orders within a few minutes, even though the place was very busy. I'd love to go back, there are many things on the menu I did not get to try.

Today I ordered the Spinach Quesadilla. It was delicious. Personally I took off the tomatoes and asked for light jalapenos. Still spicy but for me, but it comes with sour cream and guac. The sour cream helped tone it down. You also get chips and salsa. Not a fan of the salsa but the chips are tasty and enough guac left over for dipping. My only thing is their is an older gentleman that works there he never smiles!!

Beans were light and small cabbage salad included plus rice.
