The population was 52,983 at the 2010 census. It is 40 feet (12 m) above sea level. Though not a municipality, it is sometimes recognized as the largest suburb of Philadelphia in Pennsylvania (while Upper Darby Township, Lower Merion Township, Bensalem Township, Abington Township and Bristol Township are municipalities larger in size in the three surrounding Pennsylvania counties). Starting with land purchased in 1951, it was planned and built by Levitt & Sons. The brothers Bill Levitt and architect Alfred Levitt designed its six typical houses.

We havenât been out to this restaurant in quite a while. The last time we were there in several times before the restaurant was excellent. We never thought it could get better, but this visit proved us wrong in that matter. The menu is better, the service is better, the food was better, and everything else was beyond top shelf. I highly recommend Cancun Mexican restaurant as you will not find better Mexican restaurant anywhere else in the area or beyond.

My wife and I love Mexican food. We go to different resthUrants, especially Cancun and Moes. California Tortilla is not evenl close to the quality of food. I had a Tortilla Bowl, which came to me as mostly iceberg lettuce. For the price paid lettuce in any salad, here or any other restaurant. Should at least be spinach or romaine. This was a big disappointment. I would not recommend this restaurant to others.

If I could give this chain a zero star I would, the few times I have tried this location the stuff that comes out of here is a questionable meal by that I mean you are paying for what is supposed to be meat however it is a processed product and lord knows what goes into it's blend, I would suggest you find a decent dinner to eat in rather than trust these fools to your food
