Johnson and the south branch of the Colorado River, it is known in the region for its drag boat racing and other water sports. Prior to its incorporation in September 2005, it was a census-designated place (CDP). The CDP population was 3,337 at the 2000 census. The 2010 census put the population at 3,418.

What a miserable experience. On entering El Jimador we did notice it was very hot inside but we continued on. Big mistake. We ordered and waited. We never received chips and salsa like all the other tables. Maybe you have to order chips and salsa?The caldo was cold. Two of our orders were mixed up. I sent the caldo back to be warmed up and it came back still cold. We asked twice for tortillas. We were offered no drink refills. I have to say, even cold, the caldo was rather tasty. But I think it would have been better warmed up.

Driving through Marble Falls on our way to Dallas and stopped here for breakfast tacos!! The best and biggest tacos I've ever had!! Home made tortillas! You can get whatever you want on it, really good homemade hot sauce! If your anywhere near here GO!!!!

I ordered a dozen crispy tacos to go. Order taken quickly. Food Delivered quickly. No problems. This Taco Bell seems to be well managed. Food quality, service speed, order accuracy are all good. I have never received something different from what I ordered. That is unusual in fast food.

I saw where they were remodeling, so I mistakenly thought that this might mean their food would be improved as well...not so much. I would only recommend trying Margaritas as a last resort. The staff was friendly...otherwise it would have received one star. Sadly, Marble Falls does not offer a good choice for a true Tex-Mex restaurant. Chilis has the best offering of Mexican food...it is quite good.

Friday late afternoon had to wait for about 25 minutes to be seated. There was a cone in front of our table with some liquid still on the floor. Was not cleaned up until we asked for it to be taken care of. Drinks taken quickly and ordered Queso and that was served quickly and was good. Then.....Ordered main meal Nachos and Chalupas Supreme and then we waited and waited...By that time crowd has thinned our and our server was not to be found to get more chips so we flagged down another server to get the needed chips. Finally when main food was served Queso was cold and so was the food. Even if it would have been hot average quality at best. Donât get your hopes up here!!!

Change of Menu! Not updated on the internet!We drove an hour to find out there were No Steaks, No Italian Food, Mostly Fried Foods!Out of 7 Items we ordered.Lots of Mexican. We get the Best Mexican next door at Julieâs Cantina.Thank you so much for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that you did not enjoy our new menu selection as we do have 22 out of 31 options that are non-fried appetizers and entrees. We do however offer all entrees as a grill option as well. We would love to hear what you had with us on the dining day of this experience? We did update our website for menu options the day of the menu release. We are very proud of our fajitas, we have had several guest feedback remarks claiming that they are the best in the area.
