If you are looking for a good quality, authentic menu in a quiet, relaxed environment, give La Fonda's a try. In addition to good service, cook to order meals, and cold drinks, La Fonda's are constantly supporting our schools and community with fund raisers. It's a good, clean restaurant operated by good people.

The restaurant was in a strip mall store front. A few decorations, simple tables and chairs with a few booths. We ordered the appetizer variety and the burrito platter. The appetizers were over fried , dry and tasted like ALDIs appetizers..The steak burrito was burnt ends that were totally dry with no lettuce or tomatoes. Very disappointing.. Save your money, Servers were pleasant but that was it.

We got lost in Harrodsburg looking for a place that had closed. We happened upon this restaurant by a GPS search and we were glad we did. HIGHLY recommend. We were nicely greeted. The staff was efficient and friendly. The food was delicious. One of our party had the "Special Dinner" with a "little bit of everything;" the other person had the Pineapple Fajita's cooked and served in a pineapple. Our sibling lived in a Hispanic neighborhood in a big east coast city and never saw a dish prepared in this way. Both meals were excellent! We were there for an early dinner (about 4:30) and were easily seated but by the time we left the place was crowded. Had it's own parking lot. It's near the main road but had a few short turns to get to it. Well worth it. We will stop again in future and tell traveling friends to eat here.

Just hungry, over a mile to any food and wanted an in and out but took 15 minutes to make 3 tacos and they werent busy. Food was fine though.
