We should have gone here sooner! The food was fresh and tasty. We had a variety of tacos, tostadas and appetizers and they were all good. Even the vegetarian was happy. The decor is cute and the place was amazingly clean. The staff was very nice but service was a little slow and no follow up at the table... But we didn't mind. Yes, the food was that good. Really good food and very unique place. Go!

Five of us went to dinner here last night and we can't wait to go back! All of our food was amazing. I was interested in trying something different and the mole caught my eye. The waitress was kind enough to bring me a sample of their wonderful mole. It starts off with chocolate and ends up pretty spicy....absolutely delicious! The chicken in my enchiladas was delicious and covered in their mole sauce put my plate over the top! Be sure to have their special nachos...very different than normal boring nachos!

We had great service and good food on the waterfront. Small little gem of a restaurant. I didnât anticipate being able to order an omelette for dinner in a small little restaurant, hanging outside, like this. Iâd recommend this for great service, food and view. Itâs definitely a home spun beach restaurant!

This is a small Mexican restaurant that provides very good food, good service and a friendly atmosphere. We've been there twice in the last few weeks and had a positive experience both times.The place seats about 50 people in total, including 2 outdoor tables. The decor is fairly basic but the food is very good and the staff is good and friendly to the customers.Most recently, we had Molcajete - grilled chicken, grilled pork, cactus slices and other vegetables, all topped with cheese and served in a bowl that looks like it was carved from a volcano. Delicious !!The Pollo Rellano is also very good - chicken breast stuffed with ham, bacon and cheese and served with chipotle sauce.The prices are moderate and, given the volume of food served, a real bargain. We'll be back.

I have nor my friends have ever had a bad meal here. From enchilada's to skirt steak, it is all delicious. Early Bird before 6 is an extra value deal and well worth it. The staff is also great. This is a must

The other 50% did not. Since I picked up the check, it'll be a long time before we would try them again. Great service and friendly. Comfortable table outside. That's where it ended for half of us. They took my wife's dinner off the check, the other two just didn't say anything and left nearly full plates.Hi Pat - Thank you for the feedback; it will help us improve for the future. We were happy with just about everything. Service was excellent and our server was outstanding and had a marvelous personality ! Salsa was also excellent. We both had varieties of burritos and were extremely happy. They were both nice size and very tasty. Inside is very nice..They have a lot of outside seating on nice days and entertainment.Everything that came out of the kitchen looked wonderful. Pleasant owner came over to inquire how things were.Definitely will return

If you want fast, inexpensive, and healthy Mexican food than look no further than Zona Fresca. They serve up tacos, quesadillas, and burritos filled with your choice of protein which can be steak, chicken, or fish. This is also a good choice for vegetarians because all of the options can have the meat replaced with beans. I was offered a plate of fresh chips to snack on while I waited for my food. They have a salsa bar with a variety to choose from including hot and mild, pico de gallo, and tomatillo. They also include fresh lime slices which I like to squeeze over my food. My go to meal is usually the Cali Wrap. It includes chicken, cheese, avocado, tomato, onion, cilantro and lettuce, tossed in lemony dressing. Everything is made fresh to order. I found the staff to be very friendly and the restaurant was clean. This is a solid location to dine in.
