Really cute restaurant, with good service. Outstanding German entrees. I enjoyed the Jagerschnitzel with sauerkraut, red cabbage and spaetzle. The brown mushroom gravy was delicious. All was accompanied by a pale lager from Munich recommended by our server. My friend had the goulash with mashed potatoes and red cabbage. Filled to the brim we took desert home. Their creme cake is delicious as well as the Baklava. Prices are moderate but taste exceptional.

last night, the Havurah in the Desert, went out to dinner after services. This restaurant had plenty of space for thirty people, the service was wonderful and getting seperate checks was not a problem. The menu is varied. There is plenty to order at the inexpensive layer and there is plenty to order at the expensive layer! We sat in the bar. Imagine a table for thirty in the bar! This restaurant is in the Caliente HotelThere is a large dining room with tables for two or more as you first come in, and the bar is straight back. The restaurant is at 411 East Palm Canyon, on the south side of the street. We enjoyed it!
