Good quiet spot in a strip shopping center with nice stores. A hidden gem of a place with great pizza. Not open late, no deliveries and do not take charges! We enjoy the food when we have cash on us. They lose business because of this.
We had a chicken caesar wrap that was awesome and a slice of very tasty pizza. I could not believe the extent of the foods they offered: pizza, stromboli, sandwiches, wraps, subs, salads, burgers, appetizers, and complete dinners including fried chicken, italian dishes, fried shrimp and fried flounder. You could eat in and they also have a drive-up window for takeout. I wish one of these places would move into the Hardee's near us.
We've driven past this place several times and decided to give it a try. Probably the best taking stromboli and garlic knots South on New York City. Everything is cooked fresh, staff is very pleasant, and the place is decorated with NYC memorabilia. This will probably be the go to place for Italian food. Their menu is huge.

Was looking for a place to take our two grandchildren for something quick and easy. Very glad we stopped here. The chef made a pizza for the kids without cheese since they are allergic to cheese. Kids thoroughly enjoyed the pizza and garlic knots. had the Italian hero which was different than up North in New York but it was extremely tasty and served warm. Chicken Parm and Chicken Marsala were also excellent. This will be a must stop for us back and forth to Myrtle Beach, SC. Server was attentive, food served promptly. Went out of their way to make us comfortable with the five of us by putting together tables for us. Within walking distance of the Fairfield Inn where we stayed. Wish we had found Pino's sooner. Small seating area but comfortable. Very friendly employees. Would recommend strongly for very good Italian food and pizza. Excellent value for food.

Pizza Inn of Wilson is one of Wilson's favorite restaurants since 1965. Totally remodeled in 2014 and received the Chamber of Commerce visual improvement award. Family atmosphere, casual dining, friendly service and always fresh food. We serve a full Menu
Im sure ive said this before...but with all these places (Applebee's, Chillis,Ruby Tuesday's...just to name a few) charging so much and portions & food quality lowest in restaurant history...it good to go to a place that has good food and good service. Its a pleasure to eat at Pizza Inn in Wilson.

We went back to this restaurant and the food and service have badly slipped which many much have noticed as the place was empty. We asked for bread four times and finally got it after our entree! Drinks went empty continuously Food was bland at best on this visit. As we were sitting to pay the bill I felt something on my leg, almost like an animal or something brushing up against me. I did not see what it might have been. I talked to the owner Paul who was beyond rude. He doesn't care about his customers, the quality of his food nor what might be happening at his restaurant. I plan to contact someone about our visit. I would not go back and would suggest maybe you should reconsider your restaurant choices. There is a decent, high rated for cleanliness Italian restaurant in the shopping center down the street. Good bye Paul's of New York. The people of Wilson apparently have spoken as they are staying away from your restaurant. Sad to see a restaurant go down in quality, service and cleanliness.

Don't usually give totally bad reviews but the margarita pizza we ordered for dinner tonight, was the worst we have ever had, except for the crust, which was pretty good. There was no sauce, the cheese was ricotta in a powdered form. We stopped late on our road trip and Mama Mia was the only place open until 9. Because we were famished, we ate every bite of the awfully poor resemblance to a margarita pizza.

A real live local spot with great food, great service, and folks that care about what they are doing. Rafi and his staff go out of their way to make you sure get what you want. Relaxed atmosphere and good prices. You will enjoy your meal.

I stopped in here to get takeout. Got a pepperoni/mushroom medium pizza and it is very good. The medium is quite large and plenty for two people. Location is also good for people staying at the hotels right off I-95.

We stop here about 3-4 times a year while traveling on 95. It has been very good on previous visits. Tonight my salmon was over cooked ,dry, and hard. Hubbyâs eggplant Parmesan was very good. There were crowds waiting to be seated on a Tuesday night, but we noticed there were many empty tables. We sat at the bar instead of waiting. We stopped again in May and everything was terrific. We even got a take home meal for $5. And Olive Garden sent me a $5 coupon
