Disappointed in the pork chops special, which had too much fat. Told the proprietor and only got an apology. Just not worth the price of $23.49 + tax. They tried seating us in booths showing signs of extreme wear. Won't be going back. Just tried America's Pie for the first time and was greatly impressed. Their menu and specials offer a lot of unique sandwiches that I have not seen in most other pizza places. This is not a big place that you might easily walk by, but it is worth the visit. We had a slight mix up in our order and the cashier and store manager could not have been more accommodating while fixing it to our satisfaction. We did not try the pizza, but the sandwiches were really outstanding. Prices are a little high, but the outstanding quality made it a good valueThank you for sharing the love for our excellent food and our awesome customer service. There were seven of us but the service is family style. We ordered two appetizers and four main courses to share. Six glasses of water and one ice tea. We also handed in a coupon for a birthday desert. There were several delays, incomplete orders and many excuses. The food was good and plentiful. We were seated in an area of the restaurant for larger groups and our booth was similar to church pews very rigid and uncomfortable for an lengthy dinner. At the end of the meal the server had to be reminded of the birthday. The atmosphere is very nice and Iâm sure weâll go again but probably as a couple, not a group.Thank you, gfm1118, for choosing to dine with us at Buca di Beppo. Have eaten here twice in August 2018, once for brunch and then later in the week for Happy Hour. It became very obvious that if there is a problem, the management doesn't really care and thinks that the customer is at fault. For brunch, we were the only 4 persons in the place. That should have been a red flag. It took 45 minutes for the food to get to the table, no special orders. Fortunately, the food was good, just took forever! For Happy Hour, it took them a long time to get both the food and drinks to the table. They messed up one of the Margaritas by putting sugar on the rim instead of salt, sent it back, and it took 15 minutes to remake. The wait person was good, apologized and said he would have a manager come over. Took forever for her to get there. We spoke about both brunch and Happy Hour. She went thru a slew of excuses from we cook from scratch, don't take reservations any more, to I was getting a new glass rimmed with salt and going to pour the existing drink into, when my boss said to remake the whole thing. At least they got that right to remake the drink. Eventually she decided to talk to her boss about how to make the experience right.She returns and says that we are going to comp you for the Margarita, but that we were going to offer you a gift certificate, but felt that was not in our best interest. Who says that to a customer, especially if they want them to come back again?

We recently ate dinner here with friends on one of the "Sinatra" nights. We were promptly shown to our table. Quite cozy. Our water glasses filled, bread brought to the table. Extensive menu of typical Italian entrees and apps. We ordered salads, pasta, and veal entrees. Everything was delicious, followed with coffee. We had to skip the desserts.

My brother and his wife took us to Core de Roma as a belated birthday dinner. Although only 10 minutes from my house, we had never tried it. Yes - there are that many Italian Restaurants in our area. This is a BYOB and truly family owned and operated. The emphasis is on "family." The entire staff is authentic Italian and the family resemblances and interactions are quite obvious. We arrived on time for our reservation. The restaurant was crowded. The action frenetic, and in true authentic Italian style, we had to wait about 15 minutes for our table to be made ready. After we were seated, about 10 minutes passed before the owner/manager/boss stopped at our table and asked if anyone had come to us yet. We told him no, and he said "That's not acceptable." He walked away and 2 people were immediately sent to our table. One with water and menus, the other with bread. They opened our wine and we looked over the menus. The menu was quite extensive. I asked for the Lasagna, but was told the chef did not have time to make it today because they were so busy. I ordered rigatoni bolognese instead. That was the only menu glitch we encountered. There are enough entrees available to please everyone. Everything was home made. My wife, as well as my brother and I are 100% Italian, and not easily impressed at most Italian restaurants. This one was excellent!(There are many entrees and appetizers featuring artichokes. I dislike artichokes but was able to avoid those selections.)The food and service were great. We will definitely return.

With it's warm brick and oak motif, inviting purple banquettes lavish fixtures, excellent service and a full bar, this bistro is another of the fine tavern and restaurant offerings along Gay Street in West Chester PA. Teca means mushrooms and the mushrooms in various dishes were really good. The waiter had great control of the table. Excellent pacing and food was delivered at just the right temperature. If I hadn't read other Trip Advisor reviews I would never had tried something like the pumpkin ravioli, but we had that as a shared appetizer and it was splendid. My wife and erstwhile dinner companion, Barbara, had the Risotto special (Very good, creamy, rich with mushrooms, Kale and other tempting ingredients). Pretty well laced with garlic and though I'm one of the rare Italian-Americans who DOES NOT like garlic, most people are fine with it, including Barbara. I had the pan fried chicken parm with pasta. Wonderful touch of sweetness in the sauce lent by the vegetables, tomatoes and OF COURSE BASIL. (What Italian sauce is not better with basil? Plenty of food (Though not obscene portions), so plenty to bring home. Barbara had the blueberry pie crust with vanilla ice cream for desert with a wonderful sauce and I had the creme brule (Always tricky to get just right, but desert chef did a fine job). Close with two small quibbles. Writing on the menu could be larger and in a related sense lighting could be a bit less dim. Maybe one more lamp on the table. Not enough to spoil the intimacy, but enough to see the menu better. Use the light on your cell phone for better illumination. The second quibble. I'd suggest bringing out the bread without needing to be asked and I'd make it Italian bread instead of the flat bread available. Would we return? You bet!!!!

This is now Dolce Zola. They took over the space next to iPasta, broke through a wall, and created a much larger and more upscale space.The menu retains a few old favorites from iPasta, but is overall more ambitious and less pasta-centric. Food is excellent, servers always personable and friendly. The food is really an excellent value. We usually look at the price when the bill comes and feel we've enjoyed a real bargain.They remain BYOB, a huge plus. We find that Italian whites and reds always go well, though we'll mix a domestic Pinot Noir in from time to time.
