Attitude of behind the counter personnel was unacceptable ... food unnecessarily wasted and thrown away ... salads and sub sandwiches were very good ... convenient location ... clean inviting dining area ... but, personnel on 8/23/2019 had an unfriendly demeanor and overcharged our fare, with a return with no apology...Hi Terrance,Thanks for the feedback. I am sorry that you had an unfriendly experience. We try very hard to make sure everyone is friendly and helpful. Sometimes however, people have bad days which apparently was the case here, and unfortunately can affect service. I'm glad you enjoyed the food, and that you were refunded your money, and I hope your previous and future visits were/will be much better than the one on 8/23. Is there any way you could rate us in entirety (all visits, food, dining, etc) rather than just 2-stars for the poor interaction you had on one day? I understand if you don't like the food, or any of your other experiences that you would rate 2-stars....but, if you don't really think we are a 2-star restaurant, I would love for you to give us an improved rating. This Fazoli's was like most Fazoli's. It was sparkling clean with good food and great service. I had the spaghetti with meat balls. it was good but not great. the sauce was runny and had little substance. My wife had the sampler platter and enjoyed it. The breadsticks are always great as are the free drink refills. Good overall experience.

This was our first experience with ordering a carryout pizza. We ordered the "Meat Eruption" and not bad. Also had the cheese balls, which were excellent. Pizzas come in small and large sizes. It's a little strange where you go to pick up the pizza....figured it out, but it felt odd going to the back door to pick up pizza. We wil be ordering more pizzas from Paddy's...the Irish Potato Pizza looks interesting.

I dined here last Saturday and had the usual great experience. There was a party in the next room but sadly there were not too many people in the main room. Sadly the adage about "location, location, location" is likely to blame as East Main Street is not what it used to be with a bunch of nice restaurants.

I ordered a sandwich platter for our office meeting. The presentation and the food was excellent. They arranged the individually wrapped sandwiches and made them to our needs. Excellent service and would order again. Affordable and so much better than the chains. Good reviews by co-workers. Turkey, Ham and Swiss and Grinders on our platter.

The soup was passable and the scampi ok. The best bit was the bread sticks with dip, now they were really soft and warm and very tasty.All in all it was busy restaurant with good food for a good price.

The cuisine was excellent without a doubt I will certainly return. Ordering from the wall and paying at the counter before being seated is discouraging as the restaurant would be better served with menus delivered to the table. Cost was minimal, staff was cordial, dining area was clean, and the meals we had were excellent in taste and quality.
