Find out what Italian restaurants to try in Menorca. As the first place in Spain to see the sunrise, Minorca is like the country’s ambassador to the morning. Beaches here are beautiful and, surprisingly, relatively empty. The jewel-colored water is a magnet for waterskiers, windsurfers and sailors. Playa De Binigaus beach is perfect for families, while Cala Mitjana is an idyllic spot for romance. Head to the town of Alaoir to nibble on some fresh local cheese or turn back time in the charming fishing village of Fornells.

The location is lovely, right at the harbour, with seating outside, which is a great plus. We had drinks and some appetisers. These were mostly good (mushroom croquettes and shrimps with chickpeas), but the jamon tasted like mould! At first I thought i was imagining it, but then my partner noticed as well so we sent half the plate back. This was unpleasant enough, but even worse surprise came when the bill came and they actually charged us for the dish!

Good deal of the day around â¬14 changes every day.Pizzas are delicious I'd recommend booking as this restaurant is popular and rightly so.One thing that could be improved on is the service once guests have finished eating. We visited twice in one week and the first time waited around 30 mins for our plates to be cleared away and asked for the bill. The second time we hailed a waiter quickly ourselves.

Recommended to visit next time we were in Mahon, glad we took this advice. Fantastic small Italian restaurant. The best Pizza we have had outside of Italy and. Lasagne which was sublime. Great service, by friendly youngsters who couldnât do enough to explain the handwritten menu. Genuinely superb fresh Italian food. We ate there three times in a fortnight.Booking recommended.

Went here a few times on our holiday for lunch as the food is fantastic! Traditional Italian doing rustic pizzas and amazing homemade pasta. Great location on the beach and really friendly staff who were very accommodating for our little boy. Reasonably priced highly recommended.
