We were ready for some good italian pasta and they served us shrimp with curry pastaIt was good portion and nice tasteful well presentedGo and enjoy Service is friendly casualIf you want separate bills PLS advice upfront... they are difficult with it or just impossible... due to regulatory rule....In an other place they gave us a piece of paper with the amount each consumed

Mooi en gezellig restaurant, vriendelijke en professionele bediening. Gerechten iets duurder dan het gemiddelde maar je krijgt er ook wel iets degelijk en lekker voor in de plaats. Weinig op aan te merken, we hadden het er prima naar ons zin!
7. Kingslize Premium Pizza Lier
Het verschil zit 'm in de details. Exquise pizza's met dagverse handgesneden topingrediënten. Ovenwarm aan huis geleverd volgens de regels van de kunst. Of met de glimlach aangereikt in onze sfeervolle afhaalzaken.

This bistro is housed in a nice building. Service is moderate. Frustrating was the fact we needed to wait two hours for our dish: a simple pizza and two pasta dishes. Food was ok, but not great; for sure not worth the money. Explaining to the manager, this was getting unacceptable, the lady got furious and threatened to call police. Suggest not to go there.

Visited for dinner with a party of six. Pleasant athmosphere, right in the historic center of Lier. A limited menu which is always an indication of attention for quality. Enjoyed the veal tongue, which is not so often on any menu. A nice assortment of wines. The bill was rather hefty for a bistro, however. Donât be unpleasantly surprised!

I've eaten here numerous time and never was I disappointed. The chef cooks only with fresh ingredients so the menu is always different! The waiter (her husband) is very friendly so the service is excellent! If you eat here, you won't be let down! They also have a wide variety of pasta to take home with you, which is also very good!

I went to this delightful Italian restaurant many times. Time for a review about it! Al Taglio is very nicely situated, not far off the Grote Markt of Lier. When you are lucky and you can dine outside, you have a really gorgeous view on the waterfront and the City Hall. When you arrive, you are kindly welcomed, though the staff can sometimes be distracted because of how busy they are. Last time we were escorted to a table by the window. Although the restaurant occupies two floors of an old mansion, it has a really cosy feeling. We started our evening with the Antipasto Rustica all'italiana. Guaranteed value for your money! It was delicious and the portions are more than enough: four plates of antipasti for our group of eight were sufficient enough as a starter. Some of us were already full and the main course was still to come! The restaurant has an extensive range of pizzas and fresh pastas. So much that it is difficult to make a choice because it all looks so scrumptious! This time I chose the pizza diavola piccante. I can really recommend it. It has an amazing crunchy crust. I haven't been able to eat it completely because of how big it was, but it certainly tasted good! Although I was full, I still felt like ordering a dessert, because the tiramisu here is of the best I ever ate. It is quite a large one too, so no complaints from me. I want to give the staff an enormous shout out, because they are really amazing. They are nice, discreet and serve the meals professionally. Al Taglio is highly recommended: they will definitely see us again!

We have been eaten there with the family to celebrate my birthday. It was a wonderful evening with great Italian food, a good personal service, a nice and happy atmosphere, really great. I really would recommend this restaurant to everybody who likes authentic Italian food (and who does not like that...?) We will certainly go back!!
