I stopped here for lunch earlier today and had a very good experience. Whilst there was a bit of a language barrier, we managed to understand each other and the young ladies working here were all so friendly and helpful. The food was excellent too.

very good restaurant, maybe the choice on the menu isn't that big when you don't like to eat fish, but still, better not a large menu and bad food than a smaller card en really good food ! They also have a menu every day, really cheap and really good !

I loved this restaurant. The food was great, and at a reasonable price. And the ambience? Superb. However, a very important tip. Pay cash. I had the misfortune to try to pay VISA, when their machine broke. With nothing else but travellers' cheques that no-one wanted to take, I was nearly at the point of having to wash dishes, when the VISA machine started working again. So two tips: 1.) Pay cash. 2.) Belgium doesn't take American Express, anywhere. Except the duty-free shop at the Brussels Airport.

I liked everything about it. It's a small and very cosy restaurant managed by a couple, where he's the cook and the lady welcomes the people and serve them. The menu and food is excellent, particular and served with love and professionality. Wine is excellent chosen and adapted to the food. In a word: it's perfect!

We eat regularly in Belgium and are very upset about the so so so average standard. This experience did not disappoint us. Good tasty food i.e. the classic stoofvlees, on warm plates and friendly service. Service however not very technically, i.e. ladies first.Otherwise a nice business well looked after, good comfort and wide rande of choice of dishes. Prices to a Belgium norm so higher than other European countries.Good house wines but small quantity for the price paid.Overall a pleasant experience!

We where in a particular setting in this restaurant - for her 80st birthday my aunt claimed the whole restaurant for a 8 courses dinner. Excellent service, tables nice decorated, and for the restaurant operatior nothing was tooo much to please his guests. Including TV screen for watching soccer. Well done ! As a restaurant, the menu foresees in typical belian corses inlcuding eel (specialty of the house) Eating outside on the terrace is possible.Friendely and service minded staff.
