We ended up here twice. The pizzeria and the restaurant are owned by the same management. We were in Disentis for four days for a choral festival. The first night we ate gnocchi and lamb at the pizzeria. The second night we wanted capuns and rosti and went to the Alpsu first but their kitchen was closed. Definitely one of the funkier pizzas we've had. It looked cooked but it was strange textured - we couldn't figure out if it was that the dough was old, that the pizza oven was not at the right temperature, or what. Service was lackadaisical. Wouldn't come back here and wouldn't recommend it.

you have to stay at catrina and try out pizzeria. their pizzas are fluffy and tasty and your teeth sinks right into the cheese. its not something we have ever tasted. do stay there and try out their fun activities too, zorbing, skiing, snow walking and the gondola that brings you up to the mountains. you may see mountain animals and there is a restaurant right up the mountains in the alps. how cool is that? i love it.

Had a very nice lunch stop here on the terrace in the sun after driving the Oberalp Pass. Very friendly and attentive service by the new owner who is originally Italian and has lived/worked in US as well so is English speaking. Quality, fresh, local products also, and some not typical italian dishes that you don't see on all Italian menus in CH and also a good burger. Inside looked nice and cozy, W/C clean. Definitely recommended and wish the owners best of luck!

Das Ustria dalla Staziun ist eines von diesen Restaurants, für die man eigentlich keine Bewertung schreiben möchte. Es ist so verdammt gut, dass es ein Geheimtipp bleiben sollte. Aus Respekt vor der ausgezeichneten Bewirtung, tun wir es trotzdem. Der Empfang war trotz voller Belegung sehr freundlich. Wir bekamen die letzten 2 Plätze und wurden umgehend bedient. Das Essen war auf absoluten Spitzenniveau. Frische Zutaten, kreativ kombiniert und dekorativ angerichtet. Die Portionen waren gross, so dass jeder schnell satt wurde. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und bedanken uns für die Gastfreundschaft.
