This is old world Italian food served by a GREAT wait staff. Also have a drink in the bar with Omar for a nice after dinner cocktail. If you can, go on Wednesdays for the Osso Bucco. The best!

This is a really good option for folks who love pizza, but are trying to be a little more aware of diet. During a recent visit, I ordered the Pizza Salad - Asiago thin crust pizza topped with field greens, your choice of add-ins and dressing (I chose roasted chicken, roasted corn, and ranch). It was AWESOME. I got to have my pizza and not feel guilty about it. With the thin crust and high-temp pizza ovens, lunch was ready in no time. My only criticism are the chairs. Their bare metal and not very comfortable. Don't let that stop you from enjoying a great pizza. Enjoyed it very much - I'll be going back.

I have never had authentic Chicago deep dish pizza before so I asked around and several people told me this was the best place to go. The pizza was delicious! This restaurant was very loud so I wouldnât recommend it for an intimate date night or business dinner. There is a carry out restaurant if you donât have time to wait and there is also frozen pizza for sale. When you order just know that it takes at least 30 minutes for them to bake your pizza so order an appetizer and just be patient.

Fire is a great local spot. It is very popular. Tasty small plates to share and delicious entrees to enjoy. Service is friendly and focused. The only issue is the lack of reservations. The wait can be very long. In my view this is completely unnecessary. I would certainly visit much more often if I could make reservations and avoid the long wait.Hello GlennR, thank you for the review. We appreciate your words and you taking the time to write. In order to honor reservations, Tables must be held open so that when you walk in you have a table immediately available. There are many complications with reservations that are unknown to the general public and typically loss of business due to holding tables open. Our call ahead priority seat list basically acts like a reservation and the goal is to seat you immediately, however sometimes we cannot predict when a table will get up before you and many people sit longer than expected so you may end up waiting a little bit. On a typical busy night our wait can be up to an hour and a half to two hours for walk in business, and the call ahead list will get sat within 15 to 30 minutes. Which in reality is a typical wait time for reservations in most busy restaurants. So call ahead days or weeks in advance and get on the priority seating list. It truly works. Thank you again. I was visiting my son in Schaumburg and after attending the Star Trek 50th anniversary celebration in Rosemont, we stopped at Olive Garden, one of my favorite chain restaurants, for dinner. I selected shrimp in a white wine sauce with fresh asparagus tips over angel hair pasta. It arrived perfectly prepared and very flavorful. I topped it off with a piece of my favorite tiramisu for dessert leaving me totally satisfied and quite full. The service was excellent as well!

This restaurant is in the middle of a strip mall. A very spacious, pure Italian setting. The menu is deliciously extensive. The usual Italian dishes mixed with some uniques offerings. The table is furnished with the usual olive oil, parmesan cheese, with a bagel and fuchsia. However, it also featured olives and a marinara sauce. We enjoyed sautéed calamari stuffed with shrimp and vegetablesâfantastic! We selected Flank fish, which is similar to Mahi-Mahi and Yellow Tail Jack, which is similar to grouper. Both were in a delicious seasoned sauce, with vegetables, potatoes, and homemade Polenta. They have a small bar with seats and outside seating, as well as the elegant main area. It looks Italian, tastes Italian, and is a winner!

Whether eat-in or takeout this place has an amazing selection of Italian sandwiches, pizza and entrees.Takeout is often longer than typical wait because everything is made fresh and they are always crazy busy. ( a good sign)Pizzaâs are a bit pricey but excellent.If you have a coupon make sure you let them know when ordering and have in-hand when paying.They also make regular deliveries to Pollyanna Brewery nearby.

Another old reliable resturant with a great history. It was Wednesday night, but often on weekend they have singers and some are customers. I had, Wednesday special, eggplant parmesan, chicken parmesan, sausage and peppers and Rigatoni Ala Vodka for $14.95. No young people in here and seldom is. No craft beer and no draft beer. Just bottles. Good food, good service good prices. All good.
