We (luckily) came across Saboros by chance while staying in the area on holiday and are so glad we did as it was definitely a great place to eat. Very quirky and very popular. Lots of choice and fantastic quality food at extremely reasonable prices. The staff are FANTASTIC - friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend!

I visited this restaurant with a few other work colleagues for dinner. It was busy, even mid week which says something, the service was still good and so was the food.The salmon I had was cooked well, everyone else enjoyed their meal.Apparently the other restaurant is better, but that was closed today, will go there tomorrow and check it out.

A thursday they offered for 11.50 menu. 3 starters three main courses and three desserts. Acid olives in advance. Either we choose as a starter for a tortilla with black sausage. Small portion, well spiced, unfortunately the bread slices are toasted too hard. Main course we choose the paella, good flavor, and chicken strips, light coated and with a honey-mustard sauce. Good flavor, while fries are not that crispy. Good fries a real a problem in Spain. Chocolate cake with whipped cream homemade so nothing wrong with that and macedonia of fresh fruit. An excellent coffee. Good food at a good price, but portions rather small

Staying at the hotel associated with this restaurant we visited twice. Once for a light lunch and again for dinner. The set up feels a little strange for a restaurant as you are almost in a retail food court environment with the shopping centre in the same building. The menu is the same all day so we had a taster of what was to come by also having lunch here. The starters that we shared tapas style in the evening were very good and promised an excellent total experience however the main dish was a little disappointing. I chose the fillet with fois dish which is my benchmark as I have had this in many restaurants across Spain. It didn't rank too highly though although the meat quality was good. The plate was cold and the fois gras served separate to the meat with a very small amount of thin sauce. As we were a large group my choice of a rare steak on a cold plate meant the experience was less than tepid. Good service with some good dishes and if you forget about the surroundings it isn't too bad but unfortunately I could not score more than average as a whole experience.
