The service was very attentive, efficient and helpful. We had pre-ordered a menu given we were a party of 8. The food was tasty and nicely served overall. Just few negative points (e.g. a green salad was really that: a few piled up green salad leafs with a few drops of vinaigrette, a totally dried out macaron) but that one would not expect at a restaurant at this level.The wine list though is just ridiculous. Actually unacceptable.A "choice" of one single white wine?!?! Never seen that before. A Chablis not even from a top producer (nor a premier or grand cru) for 100 CHF. Worth 20 CHF in a shop.The red section is not better in any way. A grand total of 8 wines, all of them Bordeaux. As if only Bordeaux makes good wines!!! If you want to stick to France I would at the very least expect to see some Burgundy, Rhone etc. on the list. The house wine is 160 CHF a bottle.Any top notch restaurant (e.g. any michelin star) will have a carefully chosen wine list, that matches the food and the different tastes of their guests. And all of that with wines at different price points.Not going back there.

We had dinner together with our children and really enjoyed the quality of each single course. Unfortunately we had to pore our own wine and two dishes were served either wrong or not served as requested (requested to leave out a certain ingredient). Overall we enjoyed our evening and will certainly give this nice place a second chance. Dear Guest,Thank you for the review of our restaurant! We stayed at The Stoffel Hotel about .5 mile from the restaurant. Although the Stoffel has a lovely restaurant on premises, it has a prix-fixed menu at $54.00 with a choice of only 3 entries, mostly beef. Since I do not eat beef (although my husband does) I prefer more choice and not have to pay for dessert which I do not eat. The wonderful Mattias at the Hotel Stoffel (highly recommended for a comfortable stay and views to die for) suggested Grishuna as we could walk there easily from the hotel..The first night my husband ordered soup and Noodles and King Prawns, and I ordered a green salad and Mushroom Risotto, and we had two glasses of the local beer. Bread and butter also came with the meal. The quality for the food and the taste was excellent, we were very happy and the bill came to 77sf (about $75.00). We returned the next night as I had to have the Noodles and King Prawns (which I greatly enjoyed) and green salad. My husband had the Sirloin Steak (37 sf) with vegetables and french fries. The bill was 84 sf. If you are staying in Inner Arosa (about 2 miles from the Arosa train station) this is a very convenient and excellent choice. Highly recommended.

Had good meals each night and cocktails and wine, but dessert buffet disappeared one night like the locusts had visited, so missed out. We liked their local twist on cocktails and the nuts are so good I bought them online when I got home. Modern, spacious rooms and light bathrooms. Would be happy to go again. Helpful staff and good massage too.

We visited Bullrian for New Yearâs Eve 2019. Overall we had an absolutely fantastic evening; delicious food, lively atmosphere and energetic staff.The menu consisted of tapas to start, steak as a main course and a chocolate mousse to finish. All accompanied with a delicious wine menu. We chose to upgrade our main course to filet which tasted absolutely delicious. The day after, we were still talking about which dish was our favourite - we couldnât choose, they were all amazing. From start (an introduction to the building, the kitchen and the concept) to finish, we were overwhelmed by the wonderful staff and service. Fingers crossed youâll open a restaurant in Copenhagen one day! And otherwise, wishing you best of luck in Arosa. Weâll be back. We were there on Xmas day. Service was spotty. First course came quickly, second took a while. No checking for more drinks or pouring wine. Food was very good. We had dinner a la carte here. The amuse bouches were absolutely amazing. Beautiful and tasty. We also loved the dim sum made with wild boar and a number of other amazing dished. The service was impeccable, friendly and young - formal, but in a smiling way - and the chef was welcoming and curious about how we had found their place.
