We had a sun bed on the beach â¬60 each which seemed a bit steep. The best sun beds are on the Oasis bit as these get the sun all day. We ended up in this area once people had gone home. Service was excellent though and great to have a waiter sort out umbrellas, drinks, snacks. We lunched in the restaurant, service very slow but food good once it arrived. We will come again. The restaurant is very cozy, with great food and wonderful service. We chose to go with a paella for one (strongly recommend - for only â¬2 extra, the portion is amazing) and one daily menu with a steak - food was really good! White sangria is probably one of the best we ever tasted. Strongly recommend!

Stopped by at 20:45 and asked politely (in a totally empty restaurant apart from one table with eight Brits) for a table. Rude waiter said he could only accommodate me at 21:15. âFineâ, I said, âIâm happy to go for a walkâ, even though misgivings had already arisen in my mind. Came back 30 mins later, just as seven of the eight guests were leaving, the eighth turned out to be the (British) owner. First rule of the gastronomic trade: never sit with your guests. The waiter then said âweâre closed.â So I asked him âdo you think that was polite, to send me off to walk the dark streets of Portals for half an hour, only to tell me you still donât have a table?â Bizarre behaviour. The owner was leaning over the balcony, half listening with one ear. Heâd not said hello when Iâd walked in,!and I guess he was damned if heâd do so now. I think he is the brother of Basil Fawlty. And donât read the reviews from Malcom of Manchester âstonking steakâ, or Sandra of Southampton âsuper soupâ, or Andrew of Andover ânice night outâ. By the way, his kidsâ wooden toys strewn all over the floor, just to provide an interesting hazard. Avoid!

Purely review of what I believe was described as sirloin top or topside, everything else may be fantastic. Place itself is OK, nothing remarkable. The steak is totally devoid of taste and a wee bit rubbery. The giveaway is a total lack of any evidence of fat. Being used to world top quality scotch beef steak we are maybe spoilt but these steaks were too lean, fat equals flavour. Had better at the grill house and godfathers, bemax now. If you like succulent juicy fatty flavoured steak, don't go here or you risk getting what we got. Lean steak may look good but looks don't make for taste. We visited here last week on our holiday to Mallorca. Our first visit was for my boyfriends birthday. The staff were very welcoming and informative. We had bobotie balls for starters, chicken curry and lamb blade for dinner and both were delicious, full of flavour & generous portion sizes. We enjoyed it so much that we booked to go back 2 days later & reserved the table with the sea view. Second time round we had ostrich steak & peppered ostrich pasta & desserts, again food was delicious & Dave & Estelle weâre so welcoming. Prices are similar price to what you would pay in most Uk restaurants & totally worth the money. We left full each time.Would definitely go back if weâre ever back in Mallorca.

We were lucky to dine here on the last week before they closed for the season. The food was exceptionally authentic and as I love Thai food and my husband loves Indian the menu had us both happy with the choices offered. I had chicken green curry and my husband had lamb rogan josh. They were both fantastic and we will definitely be back next year.

We decided to venture out of Palma and visit Portals Nous for dinner for a change. The restaurant was lovely . Really special service and excellent food . I had tuna tartare which was so good and follows by rack of lamb . Couldnât fault the food , the setting or the service - all in all an excellent meal and I would recommend it to anyone . We were walking past and thought it might be nice to stop for a drink in the bar at around 6pm on a Sunday evening. We we're turned away due to it being exclusively for food only. It was quiet at the time; there were a few people eating. Looked nice enough but as said it's not a bar so don't waste your time going that way for a drink without food.Dear StevenI am very sorry but there must have been a misunderstanding. The day you came by we had an exclusive group booking for dinner and therefore we could not let people in. Maybe one of our staff did not explain it correctly.In general we are always more than happy to welcome anybody may it be for lunch, dinner or just for drinks!Again, please accept my sincere apologies. Nice surroundings in the back area. I had the king prawns in pasta. Awesome! Lots and lots of delicious prawns.
