We love taking family and friends to Peli Peli for a new tasting adventure! Everything you order there is terrific and different from anything else you've ever tried. Be brave and try something new, south African cuisine.. You'll be glad you did as you work your way through this fun menu. Food is wonderful; ambiance is lovely; and service it outstanding - especially Chance who waited on us this morning. You'll be lucky if you get her! Bon Appetit!.

Not only was the food amazing so was our waiter... Mr. Purdie always made sure we had everything we needed and was very punctual but not overbearing with his visits to our table.

First night in Houston...a little hard to find but worth it for the food. Heavy on meat----steak,chicken. Had the mixed appetizer---very good would recommend if you have not tasted the flavor palette of South African food before. Had the chicken kabob(can't remember the name and comes in beef too), wife had the chicken curry. Both were good. Not inexpensive but still a decent value. Staff is working hard to make it an experience. Decor is nice.

Dropped by on a Saturday night 30 minutes before closing. You order at front and food is brought out to you. Very casual. Reasonable pricing. Vegetarian food was good.
