Celebrated a friendâs birthday last week, and had dinner here. The food was reasonably priced and the staff were helpful and friendly. I had the seafood paella, and so did the birthday girl.Am planning to come back soon.

Enjoyed our meal was lovely, when seated we were given menus and before we could order a drink our waiter walked away. It was 15minutes before someone came back to take a drink order. The food came out fast and was lovely. Again the waiter didnât seem to want to be working, the service with a smile. The smile wasnât there, it was a very quiet night so Iâm not sure what was wrong. The dining room was nice but needed some background music all we could hear was the banging of cutlery and plates in the kitchen. Overall though because the food was nice and well priced I would come back and happy to recommend.

Went here out of convenience rather than by choice and held no great hopes for the fare. Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the meals that were served up, open souvlaki, a pizza, lamb fillets. Each of us very happy with the meal and reasonable price. Would be ideal for a pre cinema feed and drink.

This great little cafe has a barista who knows his stuff! Darren learnt his skills at the Oak Room in Ashburton and now thrills the locals at Culinaria! And on the 'omelette scale' out of 10, I give Chen's beautiful ham and cheese gourmet omelette 10 1/2! Open 7 days a week (although closing a little earlier on weekends) this is the first choice for many of us who live or work in the East and we're never disappointed. An extensive menu along with all day breakfast and excellent coffee - always a treasured find especially when it's so consistently good.

Went to Sketches based on a recommendation from the hotel and was had a very pleasant meal.The service was warm and welcoming. The Crispy Skin Salmon perfectly cooked and accompanied by some lovely broth, Sina noodles and radishes. My colleague had the lamb shank special and kept raving on about it.Great desserts as well - look forward to coming back on my next trip.
