A smallish restaurant, that you may not even think of going in, Do Not Be Fooled.... The chef works so hard, he makes you sweat just watching him. The food is very good, and if they are busy, it takes a little longer, but well worth the wait.

We had a marvelous evening at Chez Fred for dinner tonight. Madam Siham was âenchantezâ. We had the most creative delicious food, ranging from lamb Shank, monk fish, catch of the day and beef with morel cream sauce....we loved everything they served...taste, presentation, service and the desert, tarte avec rhubarb and apple...Devine! We are on the Canal du Midi barging for the first time.
