I ate here with friends last week and it was the perfect choice for brunch. Not only is the restaurant itself very attractive with cute neons and tropical plants dotted around the place the atmosphere is laid back yet fun and cool. We were treated like queens throughout our brunch, the waitresses were the perfect blend of helpful and caring yet not overbearing. They helped us choose cocktails, took note of dietary requirements and recommended what to have from the menu. In a sea of fry ups and processed food that tends to be the norm in San Antonio, Skinny Kitchen is like a shining beacon of healthy choices. The menu is diverse for brunch, with pancakes, avocado served a variety of ways, low carb options and all packing flavour. I had the baked eggs which was full to the brim with vegetables (just what I needed after a few days of gluttony). Others on my table had the sweet corn fritters and the veggie breakfast (which I tasted! the homemade falafels were to die for!). All the portions were a great size and everything tasted amazing, fresh and came out the perfect temperature. Not to mention all the food was as pretty as a picture!! Found on trip advisor,really nice little place.Had the whole room to ourselves but everything from the burgers to the steaks was perfect,had a really nice ice cold pint of san miguel on tap.I had a t bone steak that was bought out on a hot stone and i cooked it at the table,beautiful! Cant recommend this place highly enough!

Our first visit but we were impressed. Itâs not as fancy as some restaurants in this area of Ibiza but has a nice relaxed vibe in a pretty garden. Food is good, mostly meat and service attentive with a nice relaxed pace. Pricey, as ever for Ibiza these days, c.£150 for 3 but worth a visit.
