We had a nice meal here with some unusual touches: a sort of savoury brandy snap made of grilled cheese and filled with flavoured cream cheese. Nearby there are some amazing medieval buildings and a "trompe l'oeil" effect painting on the outside. Only downside of this place was they didn't seem to have air conditioning and it was very hot and humid the evening we visited.

This restaurant was recommended by our hotel. We looked on line and it said it was open from 6pm. When we arrived we were advised that the dinner service commenced at 7pm, so we had a drink beforehand. We ordered the Entrecôte boeuf Limousin and the Cotes Agneau. The beef was well cooked and the four small lamb chops were cooked as requested, however the chips were burnt and tasted as if they had been through old oil and tasted terrible. Disappointed would be the word I would use.

Weâve always wanted to eat here, drawn by its long history, crisp white linen tablecloths and napkins, but most of all eating our dinner off of Limoges porcelaine. The waiters were very welcoming, attentive, efficient and friendly. The meal from the aperitif to the coffee was delicious and beautifully presented. Ok restaurant, exceptionally clean with friendly helpful staff. We joined at a bacon salad, followed by salmon and chicken main meals. All were ok.For seafood lovers especially mussels you are spoiled for choice.The restaurant choice and rating was average.
