Our server, B, was knowledgeable, attentive and very kind. We celebrated our sons birthday with dinner tonight. The evening started with one of our kids smashing a glass and it was cleared away promptly and discreetly, with minimal fuss. The food we had was delicious. We sampled the dates and scallops for appetizers, the pork tenderloin and sea bass for our entree course and the chocolate mousse and pot au chocolate for dessert. Everything was beautifully presented, with exceptional flavors. The sea bass was so fresh and some of the best fish I have eaten in a long time. The entire meal would rival any dinner I’ve ever eaten in Denver. Yes, it’s more expensive than other restaurants in town but you get what you pay for. We will definitely return, the next time we visit Moab.

A great find in Moab - Asian fusion with a Vietnamese zing. Pleasant buzz in the room but a 65+ couple could carry on a conversation easily. Best of all, wonderful waitstaff Sommer and Kristy made sure that I could eat delicious food despite being unable to eat onion and garlic. Generous serves, gracious staff. We’re only here for three nights but we’ll be back!!

I love this place. Whenever I’m in Moab I visit Sabaku because they have probably the best sushi I’ve ever eaten. EVERYTHING is good! We like going to their happy hour because it’s all half priced from 5-7pm. This is a definite place to dine if you ever find yourself in Moab for a short or long stay in town.
