The âchefâ and staff were having a drink as we entered the restaurant and continued to top themselves up throughout our meal - our host was amusing but a lousy chef ! The brandade Steph was 95% potato with very very little brandade topped with burnt cheese on 2 of the dishes and still cold on another 2 - when this was pointed out to our host he shrugged & said âmerdeâ! The tarte tatin fait maison was most definitely not homemade but frozen with soggy pastry. So many other decent places to eat in Hyères donât waste your money at La Cabane Euh pas de brandade chez nous et pas de tatin bien essayé !!!! Attention à ne pas confondre la cabane à hyeres et nous a La Crau allez venez nous faire un petit coucou on est à 5 min de hyeres

During our trip in the south of france, we ate at Easy Sushi. The service was good and the food is excellent ! We arrrived in a good mood and liked the interior. We were told to wait while our table was set and then forgotten for an hour. Then we were placed in the far corner of the restaurant on very low and uncomfortable chairs. The food, especially the cuttlefish "Sieche" was terrible. Big cold chunks of rubber with beetroot taste. We were again forgotten and did not receive any more attention, no plates, no water,... We left very disappointed.When you arrive late in the evening and without reservation, we have installed you in the tent, time to install your table, so you take your aperitif. Your aperitif ends, our waiter took you to your table. I remember that the restaurant was full, we took the liberty to settle in a quiet and cozy terrace. You have chosen 4 live dishes that have been served to you without delay. You have told us of your reservation about the cuttlefish, we can understand it, everything is a matter of taste in gastronomy. The rest of the dishes did not retain, that night, negative criticism from you or the rest of the service elsewhere.
