We were recommended this restaurant and certainly were not disappointed. They offer a great lunchtime menu for 17 euro (2 courses) and the wine is from 5 euro a glass. The decor is stunning inside and they have an internal courtyard too. They had availability at 1pm on a summer weekday without a reservation.The food was all excellent. Highlights were the goats cheese salad with beetroot as a starter and the tender pork for main.Service was friendly and efficient throughout.

Pleasant location in the very heart of Salon. The menu is a little bit "weird," mixing traditional dishes from Northern France with salads (those could be a little original) and with the usual brasserie items. Portions are large and the food itself is quite tasty. More of a winter venue than a Provence restaurant.

Voilà un resto qui ne paie pas de mine en bordure de route nationale, mais une fois à lâintérieur tout est facileTrès grand parking, cette de choix avec des pizzas délicieuses et une très belle carte.Le menu du jour est imbattable et la nourriture excellente.Une mention spéciale au service qui est très attentionné.Bravo!

This is a restaurant for aficionados, for pros of real authentic, local food where quality of the ingredients is primordial. It is also Salon's best locale to accommodate a palate accustomed to tasty morsels.. be that morsels of foie gras, pied/paquet or other local delicacies. The chef and his wife along with her staff are wonderful folks bringing back a tradition of rich, healthy and tasty foods which, regrettably, are becoming harder and harder to find. the food is not complicated; it is well prepared; if a dish shown on the meny is not to the chef's liking, the staff will tell you and it will be not be served.Go and try the PIEDS PAQUETS, let Valerie tell you what you should drink with it and be prepared for a unique experience. Pour les amateurs de Mac Do peut être mais sinon câest inacceptable. Salade sortie du sachet, viande sans aucun goût que ce soit en entrecôte ou en tartare- ca ne vaut pas le coup même si le cadre/jardin est très joli et le service aussi.

This lovely little restaurant is in the old of Salon reachable on foot. You have a wide range of crêpes, even having the option to choose the preferred ingredients. You must of course order a bottle of cider from Bretagne. Food was delicious, server friendly.

Good home style cooking, huge servings and definitely something for everyone.My French is reasonable but they were able to provide an English version for my husband. There are many choices, including beef en brochette (skewered beef cubes) a variety of chicken , duck and seafood, as well as vegetarian options.This isn't refined dining, but honest good plain French cuisine prepared by Madame, her husband is the host.Reasonably priced, and I have to say the dessert (chocolate cake) was absolutely outstanding.I said the servings were huge....I certainly couldn't finish my main, my husband ate 40% of it, whilst he chuckled that the two elderly ladies sitting behind us demolished not only their mains, but also the dessert.I would come back here because I suspect being good honest local cuisine, it's also consistent.

we eat 2 times and everybody (3 couples) was happy , the chief came to discuss with you if you are happy , not very expensive also , you need to test ; just you need to take care if it s open or not because not open every day for lunch
