A superb setting away from the town centre on a magnificent stretch of beach.Turning up before midday as we had a plane to catch, the kitchen offered to start early. The plat du jour of plat aux langoustines was delicious, some of the very best pasta we have ever tasted.The setting and the ambiance, aided by the very helpful serving staff was perfect.Highly recommended!

Nous cherchions un endroit pour déjeuner et nous avons été agréablement surpris. Tout est fait maison, personnel agréable et service rapide. Bref je vous le recommande vivement

A visit here is not a waste of time. Smallish menu done fantastically well. Wife ordered a salad wich was excelent, doughter ordered a pizza - everage, I ordered a middle done steak which was burn out on sides - think the fire was not burn down (we were one of the 1st costumers on that day)! Think they can do much better on a good day! =/

Ayant fait appel plusieurs fois à ce traiteur pour des réceptions, j'ai toujours été très satisfait des produits proposés. C'est bien réalisé et il y a beaucoup de choix. Petit bémol l'accueil et moyen concernant le patron.

Très bon repas!!! Nous avons pris 3 burgers, pain maison, produits travaillés... Ensuite en dessert, tiramisu nutella et fruits rouge. Encore une fois on ressent de loin le travail maison avec de bon produits. Avec en supplément, le service à disposition qui fût attentif à notre enfant on lui offrant de petites gourmandises en fin de repas.Le Virginâs continuer ainsi .Je le conseille fortement

We arrived near Bastia (Biguglia) for just one night. It was Saturday evening and we have heard it will be difficult to find out à available and good table at Bastia itself at this time. So we stopped at the Umbria tavern. The plates were huge !! Everything is good, fries are home made and are delicious. Price are affordableArrivant à Bastia un samedi soir, nous apprenons quâil va être difficile de trouver un bon restau sans réservation. Nous nous arrêtons donc à lâUmbria. Super brasserie où tout est fait maison et les assiettes sont copieuses. Très bon rapport qualité-prixThank's for you visit hope to see you soon !!

I was stuck at the Poretta airport (and what a backwater that is - staying there can spoil Corsica for anyone), and was looking for a decent restaurant to have dinner (without heading back to Bastia). l'entrpot came up on truipadvisor as best in Biguglia. Alas, tripadvisor leads one astray sometimes, and this review is there to help others in the same predicament. (a) It is very difficult to find, and alas really not worth it. (b) The food was greasy and soggy (c) The girls serving mean well, but are out of their depth (more like a roadside diner than a restaurant). For example, they do not even bring a knife and fork to the table - if you want that, you have to ask for it (d) the whole experience is very country bumpkin (in the worst possible sense - like what you get a in a bad movie when you stop on a highway), and (e) It is ridiculously overpriced for what it is. There is a very good boulangerie called Boulangerie Ghisoni-Mariotti just a few metres away - that is a far better option if you are stuck in the area and in need of a bite. I would never return to l'entrepot after my experience there.
